Hey Jeff, unfortunately, people can inject into fivem using cheatengine. That vigero is NOT that fast, even when fully upgraded. My guess is that he is using cheatengine to make it faster. As a server/community owner myserlf running ESX, I've run into this a few times now.

I feel like the pursuit with the top hat guy, he was a tad failed rp. That many hits from cruisers and even him ramming cruisers, he would have disabled the vehicle much sooner. It was fun none the less, but when you pitted him near the end, he should have rp'd it as a stop.
im pretty sure that if you press down on the d-pad, it will make your mini map momentarily bigger so you can see better how close you are. I dont know if it would interfere with 5m or not

You may have seen Jeff playing LSPDFR, and that works in singeplayer with AI's. OCRP is a roleplay server which works in FiveM. You hear from the background the radio, it's more likely teamspeak which is running and those are real people who is speaking. Basically all scenarios in OCRP are done by real people, not by AI's. Hope this cleared you out :D
don't want to sound like a know it all, but when you box a veichle i.e. a car, there should be 3 police cars surrounding the said car involved in the chase. I get that its a rp, but that surely is part of the rp?? It could just be how we do it here in England
It depends how you look at it, American cops tend to use boxing in as a way of containing a subject after a PiT is performed where as UK Cops tend to use it to actually fully stop a subject, boxing in a subject is also more commonly used in RP Servers than irl but if you wanted to see the UK Box you would most likely have to watch an UK Roleplay channel, However, they do perform rolling road blocks which is essentially the exact same thing British cops do, they get in the front, back and whatever side of the vehicle they need to then start slowing down until the vehicle stops.
Unit actually refers to the car so your unit number here would actually be 56. 127 would refer to badge # 100's being the department then 27 being what would be on the badge. In the rescue I'm a Captain on where 100's too where my shield # is 13

If they changed shifts, or sectors, or became another special unit like motorcycle or swat or whatever, though, then they did change the unit number. We never used badge numbers, but had an employee ID for reports and paperwork.

There are other communitys as it is us it would be hard to get on and the time would be different it is all around they world but different communitys EG;One ocean ten is on San Andreas finest and there is DOJ and lots more like this so ya
