This is the "Surprise Mickey" show at Disneyland Paris! It includes Minnie, Donald, Daisy, Goofy, Pluto and performers who are quite the surprise. Minnie wants to surprise Mickey with a surprise for his 90th birthday. Betty Rose and Jimmy Ocean are a big part of the surprise as well, they are from the Pirates and Princess Festival at the Disneyland Paris park!

Why is Mickey speaking in French while everyone else is not??

If you listen carefully, some other casts speak french. Because this Park is in France. So Mickey speaks french. In Disneyland Paris, 55% of the visitors are french, so every cast member speak fr and english. And every messages are in fr and en as well. And because many guests come from all around Europe and the World, you can hear a lot of castmembers speak many languages. By the way, in Paris, they understood that speaking just in english was not good for many little children who speak only french, italian, german, spanish or dutch, etc... English is not the main language in Europe. But easy to speak for parents though, so they can translate to their children some times ;)
