Bracelet knots used:overhand slip knot, toggle button knot (no buckle)
Demonstration bracelet: 20cm or 8 inches
Materials used: 300 cm (118 inches) 90 cm (36 inches) and 90 cm (36 inches) 550 parachute cord. Also 18 x 5/16" hex nuts.
