HOW TO : Refresh Entire BMW E30 Sunroof

Here is a summarized quick comprehensive video on what you need to refresh the entire sunroof cassette on a BMW E30.
Yes this is a very similar process for the e24 and e28. There are a lot of shared parts. I do not go step by step or the videos would be an hour long - I am trying to keep my content short form to keep everyone's brain rot attention span :)
If you have any questions on the process please leave a comment and I'll answer you. This took me about 7 or 8 hours to fully disassemble and reassemble several times this sunroof cassette. Remember when you are restoring vintage (or old cars in general) take your time. You will cost yourself more money by doing it fast. I did this by learning it all as I went and trying to understand how it works mechanically so I can fix it if it ever breaks in the future. Also this helps me now understand the mechanics so when I restore another E30 I understand the process.
