Holy lord that G wagon was fast. That second race omg I couldnt believe how close it was. It was never going to win a drag race but to keep up is impressive to say the least. Brabus tunes these G wagons to get 800-900HP and they still get 0-100 km/h times of 4-4.-2 seconds cause of the insane weight and brick like body.

Was having a dilemma urus vs G wagon one year ago. Bought urus at the end. And never regret but can't seem to forget about G wagon. Somehow G wagon has this unexplained attraction that grip my heart. Throttle House and Strait Pipes at the same time exactly but for me its TH before any other :)
I had to give up on the Pipes. Used to really enjoy them, but they seemed to become really elitist with every car they had, yeah, we love it when they would do high end performance machines, but then they'd review an economical grocery getter and hold it to the same standard. They didn't even try to be funny, just moaned about how the kind of car most people end up having in their driveway was terrible. That's not just a put down of the car, but of the people who depend on them. So I don't follow them anymore.

@J S I don’t mind the pipes but you are right. They don’t seem to do their review the way they used to. TH is much better. And the Subscribers show it. A year ago, the gap between the 2 was like 500k subs. Now it closed to nearly 100k.

Got a neighbour who is a single mother, works as a waitress and does all she can to give her daughter everything she can. Then to see the Pipes crap all over the kind of car she drives... Throttle House doesn't pretend these cars are just as good as what they were playing with in the video today, but they don't trash talk them and the people who have them. James and Thomas do their best to see how the lower cost, lower performance cars fit into a daily life, looking for positives as well as drawbacks.
@J S Sorry to hear about your neighbour. I hope for the best for her and her daughter. As for the Pipes telling crap about her car, I would just ignore what they say about it. At least she has a car. I know someone in the same situation and don’t even have the money or time for the bus. She has 5 kids and just rents an apartment near where she works and walks there. Anyways, I wish for that family along with your neighbour best of luck. Just keep their hopes high and hopefully something big will happen that will change situation around

I’m not a G63 fan, but between these two it would be my choice. I’ve seen a few Urus in the wild, and I can’t help but see an Audi. And the G63 is it’s own thing whereas the Urus is just a better version Audi
