You remove the earthing completely so the value shown by multimeter is not reliable.. It is voltage from phase to socket i think.. Socket in this case is like isolated grounding..

hi,thanks for the video my P-N is 250, P-E is 252.7 & N-E is 7.63 and Total earthing is 10.33. my desktop and monitor earths very badly when touching metal parts standing in floor,and upon checking house hold bus bar i see earthing is done,but why my computer gets earth? thank you.

tilemachos molfesis without earth there is still live current and neutral, that alone can give you 230v earth can be added by the electrician when instaling the cables. There is no Upon to the main cables
