The green puri reminded me.I once had a magenta colored alu choley with bread in Thailand when a group of us Indians asked our Thai hotel chef to prepare something Indian. Ultimately I found a restaurant owned by a Pakistani, operated by a Indian Punjabi chef and being non veg, enjoyed dal makhni, tandoori chicken and tandoori roti. The owner gave me half a bottle of Black Label but charged for the water.😂

Great although worth noting that these restaurants, due to their location, are quite expensive for Bangkok. A vegetarian Thali can be found for around 120 baht

Sorry to say, But I disagree with Dosa King, I'm south indian working in Bangkok, dosa in saravana bhavan is the best place to have dosa. Why? Because dosa is a south Indian food and saravana bhavan is a south indian restaurant. They have two branches in Bangkok,
1) 663 Si Lom, Silom, Bang Rak, Bangkok 10500
2) 12/3 Sukhumvit Soi 22,, Sukhumvit Road, Klongtoey, Bangkok 10110
They give only vegetarian food btw.
