I’m a student and resident at the University of Idaho. One thing that really upset me and a lot of other students, faculty, and other Moscow residents, was all the people and internet investigators that treated the case like a money making story they could exploit and involve themselves in. Without thinking of the people involved, or the people affected, the story was (and still is to an extent) treated with disrespect despite a tragedy happening just down the street. Thank you for treating this tragedy involving very real people, with respect. I’ve always loved your channel.

What Ashley Guillard did to that professor seemed even worse to me. Even after cease and desist letters. Even after police fully exonerated the professor by proving she did not know any of the victims and was out of state at the time. This attention-whore just kept doubling down. Repeatedly saying the professor did it to cover up an affair or some such crap.
All because her tarot cards told her so. And that she just had to tiktok the accusations since only she knew the truth.
iirc the courts just recently ruled on the defamation. It did not even go to a jury because she was objectively guilty as a matter of law.
So this poor professor had to deal with the fallout, finance her legal case and put up with this lunacy.

@@mikeappleget482 Yeah, they are all falling for a defense lawyer on UA-cam's weird fixation with proving Bryan's innocence not based in evidence but solely on the word of the defense that exculpatory evidence exists. In other words. They believe he was just out looking at stars. They don't think that him cleaning his car with gloves and throwing away trash in other people's trash cans at 4am is in any way meaningful. They don't get it;'s just as wrong to form the conclusion of absolute innocence without actually seeing all the evidence. And they are ONLY basing their beliefs on the filings of the Defense which are not representative of genuine facts, just the defense theory of the case based on what they BELIEVE are the fact. It's the DunningKruger effect meets appeal to authority that is so prevalent in pseudo-intellectual people online. Also, they never said the DNA evidence wasn't important, they just said it wasn't the most important evidence to support guilt. I won't cast him as absolutely guilty, and I am not the court, so I do not have to lend him the concept of innocent until proven guilty, however... I won't convict the man without having all the evidence. Which we do owe the victims to hear out. So these people aren't basing things in fact, they are basing it on their appeal to authority ion the OPINION of a UA-camr Defense Lawyer who takes everything Kohbergers defense says as gospel. As if they would ever release any inculpatory evidence against their client. Of Course, according to the defense the only evidence that exists is exculpatory. That's what a defense lawyer says even after the client is found guilty LOL.

Lucky guess, those sliders aren’t often locked by students. He knew where the cameras were and avoided them. The victims didn’t scream because they were surprised quickly and dispatched by a cut to an arterial vein(likely a stab in the side of the neck) where their throat and lungs would instantly be filling with blood so screaming would be impossible. Gurgling maybe. They would be unconscious from blood loss in seconds. He either stayed out of the line of blood spray or changed clothes before he left. It seems to me that the killer would have to hustle from getting out of his parked car, grab his gear, get mentally prepared for the atrocity he was determined to commit, and reach the second-floor back entrance of the house to make it inside within the span of what was likely less than 90 seconds.
The killer remaining uncannily stealthy during such an ostensibly frenzied rush is something I find hard to accept. Especially since the behavior of the driver of the car on camera-presuming it was the killer’s and not just coincidental-would suggest a person struggling with the idea of going through with the act.

D and B were likely simply not his intended targets.
Just before Ted Bundy was finally caught, he entered a sorority house and killed 3 of the 7 girls that were there. But he didn't so much as disturb the other 4 girls.
This behavior is likely because, at least in Bundy's case, he targeted brunettes.
The 3 he attacked were brunettes, and the 4 he didn't weren't brunettes.
I know a lit people question why some were attacked and some weren't.
But think this logically: you are a single individual who has broken into a home with intended targets. You've likely prepared yourself for your targets.
    So why attack non targets?
You wouldn't unless you absolutely HAVE to.
Fighting with someone in any capacity is exhausting and time-consuming.
In Brian's case, he was already surprised by a boyfriend.
Though D saw him, she fled instead of confronting him. So again, there is no reason to spend more time and energy in that house.
B slept through it so she was never a threat or a target.
Simply put, Brian likely was likely targeting those 3 girls specifically. They are similar in appearance blonds. And of the boyfriend was in the way.
Also, my understanding is that D and B were brunettes. So unlikely to be targeted considering who he did attack.

I am not trying to defend Bryan but if you look at this case in both ways and do more research, something isn’t adding up and the police are very sketchy. Keep an open mind. When you question other things then you are in the middle realizing that something is not right.

I just started this video but I'll admit. I'm pretty nervous. I really love this channel, but I have also been following this case meticulously from the start. Bryan is innocent. Hands down. I've never had a single doubt. I really hope this channel doesn't fall down the same smear campaign, propaganda hole as so many other channels and the MSM have. Going by the first few comments I've read though.. I think I'm going to be disappointed.
Edit: yeah i cant watch this. I dont think ive ever felt this low about a youtube channel. (Yeah im aware lazy doesnt gaf, but i can voice my feelings anyway). I am honestly questioning his research and integrity now. If I were to start listing the misinformation in tbis video, I would be here all day. Its so funny how people who are adamant about Bryan's guilt claim they care about justice. What a sad joke. What kind of justice? Putting an innocent man to death? You dont care about justice. You care about society seeing you on the "right" side. If you cared about justice you would have already had so many flags appear that cant be ignored lead you into doing your own research, and you would find that whoever did this is still out there - and that isnt justice. It is just so much easier to pretend to be a good person when the media has already found and condemned the "bad guy" already. Actually doing the right thing would take too long and would be too much trouble. I mean.. who wants to do all that right? Its clearly this pale weird "incel" guy who was rejected by these blonde, tan, popular girls right? I mean come on this narrative is too good - why would anyone wanna mess that up? Its a stereotypical good vs bad story. We got him everyone, evil jealous weirdo murdered 3 beautiful young women and one of their fit, handsome, and "totally normal and cool" boyfriends. Its so cut and dry. Case closes. Let the guy fry already!!! Wooo! Justice has been SERVED!!!!...
Do you think that sounded stupid? Yeah. Time to look in your mirror. He did not do this, and if you insist that he did - you are choosing to believe a load bullsh*t. You are choosing to ignore the dark reality of the matter, or you are unfortunately just that stupid. Maybe its both!!
Man. I really thought higly of Lazy. I dont watch many "true crime" channels as i find most of them self serving, ego driven, artificial and obnoxious. Its really hard to not see hes just after views like the rest. Super disappointing. Oh well.

Just think Kaylee had over 50 stab wounds and her face was so brutally beaten in she had to be identified by her teeth. This was spoken by her father Steve. This would have taken time to do plus the STAMIA one person would need it’s almost impossible to believe all four killings were done by one killer.

You have given facts that have not been proven yet. The white Elantra circling around the area most likely is not the killers, it has not been proven, the facts of that car does not match BK's car, wrong year model, it may have been other people or even the DDD. The sighting of the car going from Pullman to Moscow is not the correct car, just a car. The Prosecution says that the PCA is no longer valid and will not be used. The inventor of that program used by police to track the phone data is incomplete, the inventor of it will be testifying for the defense, he has always testified only for the prosecution in the past. The trip from WA to PA where BK was stopped twice by LE was NOT from the FBI following him. The traffic stops were for LE tracking people they think are hauling drugs. What you have said as proof has not been proven yet in court. NO, BK never followed the girls online. He never messaged them. His college class assignment was given to the entire class not just BK. I'm not saying BK is innocent because I don't know and neither do you. Just don't say it has through it is already a proven fact. You have convicted him without a trial. Not at all unusual.
Everyone reacts to fear in very different ways.
In her case, she curled up in a corner until she knew she was safe.
There is a bad misconception that she was an accomplice simply because she panicked and reacted in a way people think is weird.
First and foremost, not everyone reacts the same way to things, especially fear.
Second, I know that she believed he was standing right outside her door until it was opened by the first responding officer.
Third, her family and friends said that she was skittish when faced with confrontation. This means her behavior was perfectly normal for her.
It can only be weird if her behavior is unusual for HER.
It literally doesn't matter how you or I or anyone else would or wouldn't react here.
So if you're implying like all the morons out there that she was in on it because she freaked out instead of calling the cops, then I'm going to stop you there and tell you that that girl has been traumatized enough by this incident.

Wow. It's so hard to believe it's been 2 years already. Those poor kids, they deserved to live full, happy lives. May their memories be a blessing. 🕯️💖

@jason.larsenthedanishgreek1226 Yvonne Woods is a former DNA analyst in Colorado that was able to manipulate hundreds of DNA results in favor of conviction. She had this job for 29 years, and there could be possbily many, many more that have yet to be uncovered. This has severely shaken my blind trust in DNA results. If one person could manipulate this many DNA results, and prosecutors have earned a reputation for pursuing a conviction over the truth, then OP's comment has merit. Let's wait for all the info before passing judgement.

There is aaaa lot of circumstantial and DNA evidence that points to Bryan being pretty suspect that we know already. He owns the same kind of car spotted numerous times on camera driving the short distance from Pullman to Moscow just after his cellphone goes dark. That same car was seen driving by the victims home 3 times and then stopping there a 4th time around 4:04 am and leaving the
area around 4:20 am, the time around when the murders took place. Bryan’s DNA is over an octillion times more likely a match than not to DNA that was found on the knife sheath under one of the bodies and Bryan also matches the description given by one of the witnesses left alive at the house. Bryan’s cellphone then pings off the tower around closest to the victim’s house at 9 am and further records showed it had pinged that same tower closest to the house at least another 11 times before that between June and November 13th 2022. Bryan then changes his license plates a few days after the killings. Then after he travels all the way to his parents in Pennsylvania and is seen cleaning every inch of his car and also numerous times wearing surgical gloves and throwing trash into his neighbor’s garbage cans at 4 in the morning. When Bryan was arrested he was found to be wearing surgical gloves and placing trash into zip-lock bags. Bryan was also in possession of a knife, a gun, and a face mask. He has no alibi other than he was out driving and hiking in the area during the night/morning of November 12/13th. Bryan also contacted one of the victims at one point. Bryan might be innocent until proven guilty but he sure as hell had means and opportunity to commit the crime and his movements via camera footage of a car eerily similar to his being seen driving to Moscow from Pullman and outside the victims home and cellphone data match up to to the timeline given for when the crimes took place. He also admitted to be driving in the area around the time of the crime. That’s a lot of smoke for there to be no fire.

@@tomburress4928 The pings are within a 20 or so mile radius. He cleaned his car after a cross country trip. Who wouldn't ? He has never contacted any of the victims nor did he follow them on social media. The microscopic DNA was touch/ transfer DNA. It could have gotten there any number of ways including being planted. Also, the State has been withholding evidence and especially the IGG info. There is alot going on in this case, and something is very wrong.
