Dude just casually dropping Vox level informational content with vibes through the roof. I don't even own a mechanical keyboard but something about literally every content creator for the niche making some combination of the most aesthetic and hilarious content I've seen in years keeps pulling me back.
i don't know why im watching this, I've been in the hobby for 4 years now so naturally i know all this, but your videography, your style, color and overall production is so good that it keeps me hooked! love it man great work :)
Already know all this stuff but I love watching the style and production quality of your videos! Can’t wait for the keycaps and switches video just got fun!
I'm new to custom mechanical keyboards and Discord. I just started this year and I really wish this video was out in January. You've pretty much covered most of what I experienced. It's a great video for newbies. Thanks for putting it together!
I love the design and aesthetic of this video, down to the jazz and the aspect ratio of the video really brings a classic look and I love it keep it up!
I'd like to recommend a transparent list on the side of the video telling the audience (mostly targeted at beginners) which way you're talking about. The whole video was great, but I was expecting it to be mostly about "the ways to buy a keyboard." My opinion though. I'm not a beginner in custom mechanical keyboards, but I still got lost halfway through (good for engagement since newbies rewind, but they may also be turned off at the pacing). Subbed to see how this channel evolves, loving the bossa nova theme and just the general vibe of the channel.
Thank you mate - if the video is remade, I'll definitely implement this. It's a really good point! Really appreciate the honest feedback, as well as the kind words.
Great video! Your editing is so aesthetic. Great info for beginners. I'm going to share this with my keeb and non-keeb friends. Keep it up! Edit: I meant to ask, what typeface did you use in this vid?
Amazing video quality! I think there are many of these types of videos now, but I loved hearing your spin on things. Curious how you feel about Rama seeing as you seem to be from Australia
Insane quality. But your camera is a bit pixelated, it either means your lighting is not too good or camera not good(Which I doubt). But still, insane quality
Hey Avi, I am really impressed with your videos and really like your style and editing! I got here from your qk65 review, which was posted on the qwertykeys discord channel. When you mentioned, you wished for a video like this, when you were getting into the hobby, I had to think about how I was looking for wireless enthusiast boards from the very beginning and still am. Do you know why they are so rare? Or is there a way of adding like a module to a pcb to turn the keyboard wireless? Anyway, hope you are having a great Sunday!
Hey mate, I really appreciate the kind words! Also stoked it was posted on the QK Discord, had no idea haha. I've also been wondering this about the wireless keyboards! From my understanding, it's got something to do with a licensing/compatibility issue with bluetooth itself. I don't think popular keyboard mapping software like QMK and VIA are very well optimised for bluetooth. This is just what I understand though from doing a lot of digging myself. Check out the Zoom65 if you're still in the market, I think that one is bluetooth ready! If you do find the answer, let me know haha I'd love to make my keyboards wireless
@@AvinashKunjamboo Oh I didn't know the zoom65 had a wireless mode, that's a really good tip! I also like that it has a volume knob. I was going to get the qk65, because I think it sounds better... lets see, whether I can justify buying two keyboards in one month 😅 Anyway, looking forward to your next video! :)
Also if someone interested in mechanical keyboards, check out Mechmerlin on twitch, he streams a weekly (yes, weekly!) group buy news report every sunday night!

Did you mean the bars on the side?? Or was it actually a bit low res?
Great Video!

Heya no I didn't man sorry!! I think I'll jump into those topics at a later date though. Didn't realise how much there was to cover 😅
