We pray for protection over the people, animals, homes, and communities in harm’s way. Keep the firefighters, first responders, and everyone working to stop the flames safe and strong as they risk their lives to save others. Lord, we ask You to send calm winds and rain to help control the fires. Bring peace and comfort to those who have lost homes or loved ones and guide them as they start to rebuild. Give wisdom to leaders and decision-makers so they can do what’s best for everyone affected. We trust in Your power and love to carry us through this.
