Thanks man, I’m a shareholder and work in the software industry. The Business currently has $95mm in their balance sheet - around 4mm in debt - nothing compared to its cash flow, 583mm in revenue Q1 -21. I’m in! I do see lot of agents moving away from Brick & mortar brokerages that have ruled for ages, what gives? now I see and Remax is even suing EXP, for what? for a competition there never saw coming! Lol 😂

I've been thinking about who I want to go with. I just started the real estate course. I want to go with them simply because of health insurance and the split they offer. I'm just nervous to not have a physical person to talk to.

I am studying to get my license right now out of Washington state just north of Portland. I’ve been looking at EXP for a number of years now and you are saying that $85 per month is all that you will be paying?
Monthly yes
Who pays for all the printed materials and for sale signs? Would I have to do that myself? Would you say this is a good company if I've never done real estate before?
You don't have to do the designs, we have a marketing center. They give you a company you can go to and get them printed.

How can you work deals on the road? Don’t you still have to be in town to show houses?

eXp has always been my number one. However, I didn’t mesh with the particular team that interviewed me. Had an interview with KW today and I loved the person who interviewed me. Now watching all your videos, I think I will stick with eXp however , I will have to find a team I mesh with

can you explain better why its important as a real estate agent to be with the company because they have agents all over the world? Also when can i take my stock out? I get it when you are 20 and you have 50 years to let stock grow, but its not that big of a deal to me in my 50s. I already have a reirement and stocks from my last career, so when do they let you take your money out?

I don’t want to work from home. I rather be in an office space as I seen your recent videos. I just like having a desk and an office space since that is what I’m used to. Please let me know
Yeah there are a few options. Coffee shops, or you can get your own office (which I do) or we have a contract with Regus Office Spaces so you can book and use those.
Hi Chastin I’ve seen earlier videos that said kvCore was $50 per month for agents in exp. You mentioned that it’s covered in the $85 tech fee, is that a change that was made?

Hi Chastin. I am joining EXP soon. I’m in South Africa, don’t know who to choose as a sponsor as I’ve not been introduced by anyone. I came across Exp by chance on Utube. I have +10yrs real estate experience but stopped working in 2019. Now I feel the need to return to the industry just not with a bricks and mortar company. Any suggestion on the sponsor issue.
Good morning Chastin! Great video. I’m new at Real Estate, licensed 3/22. I’m in the process of interviewing with Brokers. I’m interested in EXP and traditional brokerage set ups. I’m saying all the pros and cons….however I have and I really love what I’ve seen and heard about EXP. However, I know through my research that if I choose a sponsor with EXP it’s one and done. Therefore, that decision is probably one of the biggest ones I have to make regarding EXP. I’m in the DFW area. Do you have any thoughts on the selection process for a great sponsor for a beginner?

I Just Hung my License with EXP. IS the EXP world(virtual world) the only place for the class training . I work a fully time job and need that convenience
No there's a training library where you can watch the videos when you want.

How do I get started? I recently passed my exam and need to hang my license. I'm applying for Re license without a Broker, meaning my license will be inactive. I came here through my own search. Can anyone help me...? Do I need a sponsor??

Why does this feel like the network marketing of real estate
It basically just copied the Keller Williams model but with a few tweaks to make it better.
Network marketing is the the future. What does no one understand about that? lol. All the training is in the cloud ☁️
