Micheal is a inspiration to the game and he has a understanding to all levels of referees I miss reffing and the guidance his gave me when I was. I hope all the younger referees succeed to the level they want to achieve I could of gone further but my life changed it was awesome hearing Micheal taking about his life brilliant bloke and hard working for others to achieve their goals
