To people doing it in 2023. I just completed it with the help of 1 other priest. How the quest works is : 1 person can start the quest at the time since you can't be in party. If the other priests have the Eye of Divinity equiped, they will be able to see Villagers. Goal is : 1 person start the quest while the other priests stay at the quest NPC and they dont move. The other priests helping can heal+Cure Disease of villagers without compromising the person's quest. The priests cannot move and cannot heal the priest doing the quest. So there's 1 priest doing the quest who heal/cure the 1st row of villagers, once they walk far enough, the other priest continue with the heals of these while the 1st priest can go back at the cave entrance and heal the 2nd wave and not worry about 1st wave crashing out. Once the quest is done, you rotate roles. It's sooooo chill doing it even with 1 other priest, i was almost max mana the whole time.
I did this yesterday. but i already had pretty good gear. +undead dmg trink. I could downrank alot. Then its just about maintaining health so the packs dont die.
