I was walking in the hospital today and suddenly I passed by you. it took me a second to realise it's you and when I wanted to say a hi, you already left. You looked stressed so I hope everything is going well for you. Take care! Hope to meet you one day
It is so funny you are excited about text books. I am 4 years out of residency in ortho surgery and I still read my old books with glee. I read a surgery book and alternate with basic science text books. I am reading my old histology book now and I get so much more out of it now that I can take my time and really think about concepts. Doctors that continue to read text books and articles offer so much more for their patients. Good luck and keep learning.
Hey Dr Raga! I love all your videos, thanks for sharing your life. I'm currently a medical student and aspiring to become a surgeon afterwards so your vlogs are really giving a lot of insight , great advice and tips. Keep up the good work in your job and keep sharing with us!
Hey Senior. I'm a MBBS final year Student, accidentally i found you, it's my 2nd time to see you're video_ well you are really an angel and gonna be motivation for my upcoming days...! 😘Love you🌹
This is my second time watching your videos and I find you inspiring. I am considering becoming a surgeon and I hope I become one tbh anyways thank you and I love these types of videos💞
Haha, same, I’m only 14 but I aspire to be a doctor or surgeon one day, although I’m somewhat pessimistic, I’ll just have to try my best to achieve my dreams.
I love your videos Dr.Raga!! Thank you so much for inspiring me and being such a strong and positive role mode for students like myself! Your videos make a huge difference and make me feel so excited to keep pushing with work and studies. lots of love -a medical student in ajman
Ok doctor raga your killing me with the length of your vlogs I am in love. It would also be great if you would vlog outside of work too into your life so we can see what happens without the scrubs lol. And show us the wonderful Dubai. Love you xoxo
Hi Doc Raga you are Awesome doing this staff. Amazing! with that I have a random and no so related concern about the vlog. I've been diagnose with breast lump last August 2, 2018 upon doing my physical exam and I was advice to do the check up after 7 days. I feel no hurt, whenever I tried to touch my lump. I just want to hear opinion from you if you have an idea about possibilities of this finding how can I get rid of it? I really appreciate your full help, insight and opinion. Very Thankful out here :)
Hey... dr. Raga its so inspiring to watch ur videos .....i'm preparing to crack neet actually....i also wanna become doctor lyk u....pls inspire me more.......love ur videos.
First video I have seen, already subbed. I wanna be an Anesthesiologist and I was wondering if you know a little about what they do during residency since surgery and anesthesia sort of go together.
Hey Doctor, Can you guide me with step wise process of applying for a job in Dubai? I’m a postgraduate doctor ( Radiologist) in India and have 2 years of experience.
Legend in making = Studied MBBS for 7-years while the normal duration is 5, nominated with 'back log' in every university exams😍.Cleared it like a boss😌 while my parents were already piss-off😇.Right now busy in attending coaching classes along with my colleague marraiges😏.Fun fact i have quite developed my skill in PUBG !
You can. You have to pass USMLE. It's hard to get residency in US when you don't have a green card. I've known people who were rejected with really good scores just because they didn't have a visa. That doesn't mean it's impossible, just really really hard
Can you help us telling us how you do your resume/study ..I see you highlight a bit and I do almost 1/3 of the info hahaha I wanna do less like you....can you help me/us?
You look just like the doctor off the medical drama "code black" and the girl off the show is a first year resident just like you i just started watching it so I don't know her name🙃
Hello:) I love watching you' re vlogs. Keep it up girl your' re doing so well I have a question. I'm 29 years old and I'm starting seriously about starting my journey with medicine - is it too late? I should give up or follow my dream because as far as I remember I want to become a doctor but my life turned a different way earlier. Hope you share some thoughts with me;)
Kasia KKK it’s never too late, but just know that it’s a long journey and that you gotta have the dedication, and its not easy to get in, but if you work hard and put all your effort and mind into it, you can achieve your dreams, you’ll be a board certified doctor once you’re about 40 so just remember that saying all goes well, but anyways, I wish you the best of luck!
Another thing, since you’re 29, you might’ve forgotten everything from high school, so just remember it might be a bit too difficult, I don’t mean to discourage you, but you have to be smart enough to be a doctor, with that being said, if you aren’t smart enough for a doctor, a nurse would be a nice spot to settle for, well that’s just my preference but it’s all up to youre abilities and capabilities.
Hello Dr.Raga Love Your videos😘 I wanted to know that do you need to learn the local language for residency in Dubai? Or English is the language you use there?
if you're working in a foreign country, yes, doctors usually have to learn the language, otherwise, how are you gonna explain to the patients what's wrong w them
ily xx Yea of course, I have family friends who live in Dubai and they told me that people who know how to speak both English and Arabic fluently are in high demand. Your job prospects are much better if you know both.
I wish to complete my study in America ❤but l have not a one chance😖i feel my live is difficulte in my country the study of medicine is soooo weak i fear from to be bad doctor😢😢
Living at the hospital. Eating the crap in the vending machines. Making rounds. Sleep? Maybe. Luckily, she's young and beautiful. Assisting in surgery, closing for the attending. She's a resident, right?
I was walking in the hospital today and suddenly I passed by you. it took me a second to realise it's you and when I wanted to say a hi, you already left. You looked stressed so I hope everything is going well for you. Take care! Hope to meet you one day

Nidhi Vidhi be in India.. don't go to US
Adnan Shah why?
You can. You have to pass USMLE. It's hard to get residency in US when you don't have a green card. I've known people who were rejected with really good scores just because they didn't have a visa. That doesn't mean it's impossible, just really really hard

Kasia KKK I watch a bunch of different medical students/doctors and they all say that it is never too late. I think you should go for it! :)

Hello Dr.Raga Love Your videos😘

if you're working in a foreign country, yes, doctors usually have to learn the language, otherwise, how are you gonna explain to the patients what's wrong w them
ily xx Dubai is different though. The majority of the population there is foreign not native. And literally everyone there speaks English.
R.i.a well ok but still it's better if you speak the language...
ily xx Yea of course, I have family friends who live in Dubai and they told me that people who know how to speak both English and Arabic fluently are in high demand. Your job prospects are much better if you know both.
