Immigration is so screwed up right now. They pillage through a phone but fly hundreds of undocumented people to NYC every week. Needs a complete overhaul

My soon to be husband then came on esta visa .He came first time just fine .Then he went to Detroit and they gave him a hard time .We think it was because being muslim .
Then they took his phone and gave him a hard time by crazy things .We was going to look a different state and I erased some messages .They kept questioning about this .We don't want children reading certain messages .
Then he brought his birth certificate. In case he lost his passport and had to get a new one .
They wouldn't let him in the 2nd time .Very rude officer .
She called and said he needed to apply for tourist visa .
It was a bad experience I pray no one goes there this like we did .
So sorry to hear this! Hope things work out and this doesn't happen again.

Good morning sir 😊. I filled an application for my three children almost 6 years I never received an approval from uscis for them I’m citizen of the USA and I don’t want them to come here illegally they’re still live in Haiti what keeping them so long? Not even an aprouval I did not receive 😢

My husband and I recently got approved for EB-1 Green card pathway and given Social security number, EAD with travel papers called a COMBO for advanced parole for 5 years.
We are still awaiting the Green card.
I recently traveled to Mexico and admitted into USA with a stamp ( ARC) on my International passport.
My question now is: can I file for my single 22 year old daughter who is in final year in college ?
We saw a filing process stated on USCIS website that with an ARC ( Alien Resident card) stamp on my passport that we can file for permanent residency for her.
Please advise on the eligibility and process. What is the financial implication.

Sir, i know of several cases involving marriage based green card.
I was arrested in California State for reckless driving without a license in September, 2023. But there has not been any case registered yet in the court. Now I'm back in India as my visa expired. I want to reapply for a visa. Should I mention that I was arrested or convicted in my embassy interview paper? Will my visa be rejected on this basis?

Well if they applied for a GC based on a fake marriage they should be revoked and deported! There are plenty of genuine people who have been waiting far too long for their case to be approved. I’ve been waiting 22 months without a work permit or advance parole! No sympathy for them.
Well the reason for your wait is that there is people like you who think every single marriage between us/foreigner shall be investigated and considered fraudulent so enjoy the wait!
@@chrisdestro6081 Where did I say that? Your attitude is beyond childish. The point is these things are being investigated because of these people thinking they can con the system! They put everyone else who has legitimate cases under investigation too because of their scams and con marriage! Glad to see you support those scams.
@chrisdestro6081 well every single green card marriage should be investigated for the fact that immigrants use and play Americans for green cards. Most marriage-based green cards are fraudulent to begin with. USCIS knows that.
