Brother in law retired in havasu always fished up river it’s easier to paddle down stream if you have to.
Great video! I was at Havasu Landing in 1985 on a completely different boat. Lots of nice changes there.
About thirty years ago, my folks had some close friends with a huge triple wide trailer here. Long before any casino too. Many of the trailers were owned by people from all over and used this as their desert hideaway. We spent several Thanksgiving holidays there enjoying the lake and the many dirt related sports like dune buggies or dirt bikes. Alas, the “tribe” decided to develope their lands and slowly but surely priced the renters out or charged big rental fees.
That was a fun time. Really like the London bridge area. What a deal, don't get much for a couple of bucks now a days. Thanks, nice ride along. 😊👍

When we lived in havasu and go across to the casino the boat we went in back then was the Dream Catcher, in the nineties the boats were small and noisy, but a lot of fun especially when it was windy, I miss living in havasu , we lived on Comstock st and San Juan st.

We live in rural Pinal AZ and we head to Cattail Cove every October and Havasu is awesome....plan on staying their for weeks at a time when we semi retire.....thanks Russ...

9:33 The trailer park is really nice. The trees help a lot. It's much better than a lot of trailer parks or campgrounds in the Southwest which don't have the foliage.

What a beautiful boat trip over to Havasu landing. I really like that area, and it looks like you do too. There is something beautifully peaceful about it. Thank you Russ for the share. We so appreciate you. Keep on trucking Russ, and please take care of yourself. Boy so many people are sick. We are staying carefully isolated so as not to get sick, but we have a dream that someday our vaccines will be here, and our kids will get back to normal in our country, and we will too.... Until that time, I guess our borders are still closed. Take care to all of you in Arizona because the numbers are so high...Isn't this the cruellest thing that the Chinese have done... Hi Russ..question..you mention on this vid and on a few others that the boats in Lake Havasu transport school kids to school..how do California kids get to go to Arizona schools (assuming public)and vice versa..California parents not paying taxes for Arizona schools and again vice versa..love your vids and thanks!

Do they provide life jackets if you want one? If you have ever been on the water and something happens; it’s nice to be able to float...The number one thing to remember is get away from the people drowning, trying to grab you to survive...
