nobody knows them? Oo where are you from? In my home town almost everybody who's seriously into metal knows machine head. not everybody likes them, but they are well-known in the local metal scene. And said home town is not that big at all (population under 80.000)
@@The_JustJoshing odd ^^ i found "wolves" and "aesthetics of hate" to be the only songs i could keep listening to (and the "hallowed be thy name"-cover). The rest of the album was mere background music to me xD what song would you suggest me to try again?
@@rumpelpumpel7687 Wolves is still a good song, I don’t dislike it but I think it’s the weakest on the album and the only 9-10 minute song on there that drags on. My favorite songs on it are basically the whole album haha. Definitely retry Clenching, Beautiful Mourning, Halo, and A Farewell To Arms.
Look I like Catharsis a lot. But to go from this absolute fucking godlike style, brimming with riffs, anger, heaviness, groove; to that album...what happened man
this song is about the preservation of wolves in the 21st century..........I think it's poetic using past biblical lore combined with current anit-animal pathology and any animosity towards animals gets reemed in this song.
Actually this song talks about the competitive nature of the band. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Blackening "Wolves" addresses the band's competitive "winner takes all" spirit
Absolutely masterpiece...i can' t stopped to hear this amazing song
my favourite band...this Song is Amazing ...unleash the wolves
4:26 that break down, one of my favs.
Very dime sounding.
One of my favorite Machine Head tracks \m/
This whole song is amazing, but my favourite part starts at 4:25! Just love the changing rhythms!
And then again at 5:30 :)
Nah fam, 6:06 is where it's at. PR quality rhythm right there
@@Joop_Invictvs in Robb's own words "FUCKIN' HEAVY"

Jerzy Dziś there were lots of girls when I went
Weird comment dude.
@@imnotsmartbutimdumb whats weird about it?
3:13 kind of reminds me of a re-enactment I did of a tortured Soul that's been tattered as well tortured by life itself
Imagine wolves running in a pack to this perfect song😱 Should be a movie scène.
Also see 'Bound by The Moon' by DevilDriver ;)
Machine Head : One of the best metal bands ever and almost no one knows them
So unfair
@M C they are one big joke right now🙈

Machine head is a b level band not metallica or maiden famous but pretty close
Mi grupo favorito brutal me encanta todo lo de Machine head 🖤
When this song plays, Lannisters run away as fast as they can
This is the best song off the album and it's so under recognized. :(
Lucifer Arise this is my least favorite song on The Blackening. Still good though

Robb himself said that this song is an ode to the hardcore Machine Fucking Head fans (headcases).

MrShadowflasher you trust Wikipedia? Hahahaha. That might be true however. But never rely on Wikipedia
@@The_JustJoshing ok boomer
GoldenHero333 Do you even know what a boomer is? I doubt it. It’s someone born between 1946 and 1964. Which I wasn’t.
