- Actor Jim Caviezel, who played Jesus in the Passion of the Christ, stars in a new movie called The Sound of Freedom, which depicts the true story of a federal agent who worked tirelessly to rescue children from trafficking. Jim Caviezel and producer Eduardo Verastegui joined us on This is the Day to talk about this important film and how it came to be. The Sound of Freedom premieres July 3, 2023.

You who survived the trafficking in the care system in the UK in the 90’s I am a 70+ year old Shut-In who since I became one by the Grace of God am finally taking my Faith very seriously and now spend a lot of time on UA-cam watching BonaFide GOOD Catholic Channels and many times I leave comments saying I will Pray 🙏 for You and when I do Pray ask Our Lord and The Most Blessed Virgin Mother Mary to include all I have posted that to However You I WILL DEFINITELY SEPARATELY REMEMBER Being that you as a CHILD Suffered what nobody except another can truly understand May Our Lord Bless You Abundantly and Shower You Continuously with His Love and Grace ✝️♥️♥️♥️🙏

There is no one else that could have done justice to this movie! Jim Caviezel upsets the enemy! I am so thankful to see this happen! I learned about this almost 30 years ago, and I wanted someone to do something! I wondered why God let it happen, But, Gods timing is always just right! This is So Powerful!
I went into the Angel App and I called our theater, and they are showing the movie! When I called, the man who answered knew what movie I was asking about before I said it! I am So excited! I am going! I am taking a friend and maybe I will watch it twice and take 2 friends! I am So Thankful to be able to See the Hand of God set Himself against the enemy! I imagine this has given Jim a real appreciation for what these warriors do every day. Havig to absorb your mind and soul into this world for the movie. It must be jarring. Heck yes! I saw the movie a few hours ago and it was incredible, some tough moments but definitely a MUST SEE!!! Everyone clapped at the end and I've never been to a movie where that’s happened. It opened my eyes in so many ways. I knew without a doubt that goodness and good people ARE out there and thank God for that! We need to stand up and share this, let it be known we can't look away from this issue. These are our children. When you see it, you can't help but put yourself in the shoes of these kids, parents, Tim Ballard, and his wife’s shoes... My goodness. Get a ticket, they are even giving them out for free with a pay-it-forward system that's so incredible. Thank God for the brave lightworkers! A MUST-SEE!

Tim Ballard is the most amazing HERO to thousands of choldren abd families. OUR rescue litter ones from child sex trafficking throughout the world. Jim Cavizel is amazing and has been deeply touched and I believe blessed by God playing the role of Jesus in The Passion of the Cross.

Did the other actors not take it on because Hollywood is promoting it? Not the opposite?
Or were they afraid of their handlers who are involved or benefitting from trafficking investments?
Were they simply too terrified and disgusted by the things they have to learn and can’t unsee after the work?
Is it too psychologically damaging for the actors? Is that why they couldn’t? Too damaging? Too close to home?
Like when Michael Vic, who might have felt like a fighter for betting men wound up owning and running an illegal dogfighting ring on one of his properties?
