I'm still new but I have been tweaking AI a lot for quick and easy practice. Changing the individual stats has helped a lot, and although the whole field isn't perfect I have gotten the AI to cause wrecks, pit pretty normally, run different lines, ect. As a new guy, it feels like an middle split official race. Lol
Pretty neat seeing the modified names up there, just got to see them all at Thompson where my cousin Jimmy raced for Tommy Baldwin in the 7NY. Cool video. 👍
I tried out the SK AI at Hickory. I thought they did alright even passing lapped traffic. I don't think anyone went into the pits for damage, but I was only running 20 cars.
Short track AI is really good. SLM work well. The only problem is the AI stopping in the middle of the track on contact. I've done 60 lap races at Lanier, South Boston, Martinsville, and Thompson even and had great battles. Southern National they run the high side too quick it, with my AI they're too difficult to clear. I also tried my AI at New Hampshire and was getting beat by 1 second on pace, where other tracks speed was right on.
The racing with the Modifieds is good, Nick, but the restarts, though, don't work well for double file restarts, cause when you're driving the Modifieds in a AI race, they don't restart double file too good, cause they can get stuck in the wall and bring out the yellow flag back and forth. I would say that single file restarts is the only solution to handle the restarts correctly when you're driving the Modifieds in a AI race.

I did a AI race at Bristol to “practice” for next weeks cup race and they crashed each other 4 or 5 times. It got annoying lol. Great video nick!

The on track racing seems good. They just need to let those AI cars get more damage before pitting.

Looks rough around the edges still for sure but at least there seems to be some sort of improvement

There are multiple different collections just go look through them before you favorite them to see what paints are in it
