    Good effort.
    Word of advice though, on the leg press, never fully extend out locking the legs. one day it could result in hyper extension and your legs snapping backwards under the weight (I.e. your knees and legs fail). It happens surprisingly often and often results in permanent disability.
    Always keep a slight bend at the knees.

    All that effort to wake up early and go gym to have the lowest intensity, most mid session ever? Lol. Waste of time. High intensity in the gym or don’t bother

      No reason to put people down what so ever. You writing this comment was genuinely meaningless, this is a short and you cant even see the entire workout. You put the gym community to shame.
