    Lovely looking dish. Might try it with slightly smaller prawns and that way I get loads more to eat.

    Looks delicious and I will definitely try this method, the only thing I would add is a little fresh coriander just before the prawns are turned out. Chilli + garlic + coriander = magic 😁

    Thanks to You and some others I (male, 62) started cooking/woking now, contributing to cooking chores and meal variety at home. Most has turned out OK to good, perhaps with the exception of the unintentional black pepper with beef... (Note to self: use the SMALL opening of the lid!)

    I am allergic to seafood and far too much of a spice-wimp to ever eat anything with Sichuan pepper corns and yet I really enjoyed the video. :)

      Sichuan peppercorns aren’t spicy. They numb your mouth!

    Made these yesterday, they were fantastic! I had a little too much mixture so would probably do a level tablespoon of peppercorns as I used a heap teaspoon. Thanks for the recipe!

    One of the all time great dishes. When you are in “Singers” and at a seafood centre restaurant, please include this dish … along with pepper crab, do miaow, baby squid in black sauce, Tiger Beer …
