This channel is so helpful! I never considered shorter breaks because they might be “less helpful”. They are great!! Long ones take me out of the zone and I get more distracted easily after a 10-15 minute break. I’m planning on having a more productive summer and hopefully this keeps me in line! Thanks for the playlist!
