On the website you scroll all the way to the bottom you will find a "get in touch" section that has a number. Make sure to select the country that you are in or the call won't go through. I am in the US and this is the number 1 877 978 6553 open from 9-5pm Eastern time. The kit Is not available on the website so you will have to call and ask for a shin guard replacement kit for the stokke xplory.. there's a link on the description box for the U.S.
