Hi! Thank you for this kind video! I have a question! Sometimes I need to make the round corner manually to give different round for each corner. I can do that in the “Rectangle Properties” which is attached “Transform”below, but sometimes it’s disappear and doesn’t show. In that case, how/where I can pull up that again?
This function is available in cc version. If you are using cc version but still you can't see that little dot. Click on view menu and select show corner widget
For Illustrator CS6, select the shape (e.g. rectangle) then go to menu Effect > Stylize > Round corners . Not sure if same method for earlier CS versions.
If I click on the point for the rounded corners Illustrator either goes "Oh, you want to rotate the object." or it goes to the anchor point and I change the size of the object. I'm annoyed and frustrated.

We can round the corners if the image is not a shape? A most complex image?

For me after selecting the object the second dots are not there
go to object /shape/convert to shape
