    This blender is so much better then my Pampered Chef one. I am so disappointed with mine. It is super loud and even making soup takes over an hour. So many options with the foodie.

      I have both blenders and my husband calls the PC one my outdoor blender! He hates the noise. LOL I prefer the Ninja one because there is better control over the spinning. I can't figure out how to make anything in the PC one without the blades spinning. The one thing that I think (although I haven't tried it yet) will work out better in the PC blender is jams and jellies. I need to test that out.

      @@TheSaltedPepper do the attachments for the ninja blender like the spice grinder work with the new one? I was so sad when I got the pampered chef one and those things I loved about the ninja wouldn't work with it.

    Hi, have you tried making nut butter e.g. almond nut butter using Ninja Foodie Cold & Hot blender? Is the blender powerful enough to make smooth nut butter? Thanks! 😊

    • @TheSaltedPepper
      @TheSaltedPepper  3 роки тому

      I have and while it worked, it was not smooth. There are better options for making nut butters, this isn't the blender if that is what you want to do the most.

      @@TheSaltedPepper Thank you very much for your reply. I like the cold and hot function of the blender but at the same time, I need one that is powerful enough to make nut butter. I think it is not easy to find one to have all these functions!

    • @TheSaltedPepper
      @TheSaltedPepper  3 роки тому +1

      Yes, when you are in cook mode, use the pulse button to blend

    • @Angelos58
      @Angelos58 3 роки тому

      @@TheSaltedPepper thank you for answer, but I mean, can I set a blend velocity and a cook temperature and let it go? And when I use pulse button can I choose low, medium or high?

    • @TheSaltedPepper
      @TheSaltedPepper  3 роки тому +1

      Angelos58 you would use the presets for that. You can choose level of heat, but pulse is only one speed and manual. Here is an in-depth article about the functions: thesaltedpepper.com/ninja-foodi-cold-hot-blender-review/
