    I had a really hard year but I saw this video of a Suzuki Andes 25f and found out I had an old melodica. Thanks man for helping me learn

    I have never played music before an in two days I can now play Beethoven's symphony. I know you say not to rush the videos but I will be re-watching them and keep practicing. Really excited!

    Thanks so much, I started playing piano in school but then my semester ended and couldn't finish. I know how to play bass so I've learned bass clef music, so I already have an advantage on the melodica. I'm a quick learner so I imagine I'll be playing more songs in no time!

    As a kid, I attempted to learn several instruments and was always confronted with the same “you have to learn music notation” brick wall. Always turned me off. I get that it’s important, but I didn’t see why it was MORE important than getting a basic skillset on the instrument first. “Hey! I want to learn how to ride a bike!” “Great! First, let’s study maps for 6 months so you know where you’re going…”

      There seemed to be many more approaches to learning without notation these days, I agree the most important thing is learning how to make music on the instrument, not how to read or write music!
