if you want truely want Allah to have mercy on his soul then you should not listen to any of his songs because we all know music is haram in Islam and if someone has things like this and that are spread even after there death then it will increase his sins even more and they will add up till no one listens to them anymore just like how if you help build a mosque then for every person that prays namaz there you will also be rewarded and even after your death till the mashjid is standing and people are praying in them you will keep getting good deeds and they eill add up
