This a great. An appealing, retro design and plenty of space inside for your shopping and even a passenger/pet. It would be really useful in Britain for driving around local areas, especially as it often rains and bicycles or motorbikes aren't really suitable. Really good for parking too. Anyone could drive one, not only disabled people. I'd buy one if it is affordable.

This looks like a ZEV. I prefer the ECHO3. But in my State you need some sort of license to operate either vehicle. I don’t have one so it’s back to a regular 3 wheel electric trike.

Might be useful for adults and young adults with limited mobility ( disabilities and chronic pain ) who don't own a car and prefer NOT to ride a bike to do quick errands. Good start. They need to up the top end speed a bit to get it on some roads that connect small villages and communes to larger cities where many have to go to in order to shop or conduct personal business. When you get that, you'll have something very useful and appealing. Also need to figure out how to protect it from theft. it looks like it could be easily lifted by a couple folks into the back of a truck or van.. Some sort of personal (fingerprint) interlock device to prevent operation by someone not authorized; an alarm system, an embedded locator for tracking, and some imaginative solution to prevent it from simply being picked up and carried off. What's the cost right now?

Seems like a good idea but the reality is you could never use this on the road in traffic unless you want to die. Ok on dedicated bike paths but even then I suspect the size of it would anger cyclists and scooter riders.
