Jan and Dean, palm trees, blondes in bikiniis, Camaros and Corvettes, '38 Woodies. Super-Fast surf music guitar licks. Gotta love that SoCal lifestyle!
man that felt good to hear that again. fell in love with the "Dead Man's Curve" album when I was a kid. one whole side of the record nothing but songs about cars. "My Bucket T", "3 Window Coupe". the songs maybe older than I am, but it still sounds good to anyone that loves old iron.

Great song by Jan & Dean I had a1965 back in the day.Looking for drag races back on Massapequa Long Island.God where has the time gone.
Terrific song about a legendary car. My dad still has that same 45 single. This song is the flip side to Surf City if I remember correctly.

@Krylogenic Glad you liked it. This one didn't chart. It is the flip of the Lady From Pasadena.
it's also on the Deadmans Curve / New Girl in School album
Jan and Dean at their best
always funny they used to never mention it was Steve Berri singing the high notes on a lot of the recordings not Dean Torrance.
@Blahblobify This is the flip of The Little Old Lady From Pasadena.
One "Car Song" I like is "Riding with Private Malone".
One version had "Get your Mustang" instead of Wheels on the line.
Pontiac (RIP Pontiac)
Time for a new turntable hehehe.
