    I am almost 73 and new to die-cutting. Your videos are wonderful BECAUSE you speak slowly,make your instructions clear, do beautiful work, AND make it possible for EVERYONE to understand. TYVM!

    I agree with another poster that your demonstration is one of the best. You are clear and concise and give us all the detailed facts, rather than talking about personal things or lingering on about unnecessary issues, as some demonstrators do. Thank you for the lovely, very informative video.

    Excellent tutorial. Probably the clearest instructions, best video and easiest to understand of all the videos I've watched. No extra chatter, no background music. I loved it.

    Wonderful cards! Thanks for sharing! It s always nice to have different shaped designs! MAY I GIVE YOU A TIP? I saw a you tube site that said something close to... you have to watch this! Important info. To change your die cutting. I think the ladies name was Linda Parks or Parker, something like that. She was eplaining how to cut the dies by placing fabric softener sheets. You can rub onto your dies, or place two sheets of fabric softener sheets folded in half , then place through the die cutting machine, the dies intricate or not come rght out. You can also place ones that you previously cut that you haven't gotten out yet. You can reuse!

      Collette Mitrega thanks I’ve learned so much of the basics from yr other videos esp the embossing top. and tail and the strip in the middle.

      Yay, how awesome :) xx

  • @lenscraftylife
    @lenscraftylife 5 років тому

    Great but with the last long strip you can't do it for as long as you want unless you have a very narrow cutting plate, since it shouldn't cut the last bit nor the beginning bit of the die if you want to make it really long. How do you solve that problem? Maybe use a cut to size piece of thick cardboard instead of your cutting plate which is too large?

    Marking the die is genius. Now I see it, I wonder if it REALLY would cost that much more for the companies to do something more permanent as part of making the dies.

    • @ColletteMitrega

    Is there a right way and a wrong way to place your plastic sheets down? Also, I just started using mine and it seems to make a popping sound that appears I'm breaking something. Is that normal? Thank you for the clear instructions.

    • @ColletteMitrega
      @ColletteMitrega  7 років тому

      Ho Louise. Popping sound is quite normal, just be careful not to force it through the mouth as the machine can break. No right/wrong way to use the machine, turn it everytime you use it, use both sides, and make sure you cut at different spots not just in the middle. It is also normal for the plates to get marked. Hope that hels. Happy crafting :)

    vous faites quoi des grosses chutes de papier dans lesquels vous decoupez des cercles et des frises ? je trouve qu'il y a du gaspillage , ajuster les dimensions entre le morceau et le motif serait plus judicieux ; pensez à l environnement , pauvre planète !!!!!
