That’s why Fifa 20 is my last fifa tbh. I said 19 was going to be and I don’t know why I gave 20 the chance just more and the same. The scripting in weekend league can fuck with your head.
This just shows how rigged this game is, I beg EA put their focus into FUT, Career and Pro Clubs for next year, no Volta, no Journey, no unnecessary modes that waste time, then we may have a top tier football simulator

I play my friends from time to time at their place and the fact that I can still beat them despite not regularly playing for two FIFA’s shows that this is the same game with updated stats. Essentially FIFA 24 will be FIFA 23 with upgraded stats and new card design.

I've been doing that free kick technique since FIFA 16, it is a godsend, it was patched out beginning of this FIFA because the ball would be hit too hard and go past the runner but with the patch before fixing overload ball side it was brought back, every free kick I do that and you get a lot of cheesy goals from it

I got shushed by someone last week after he scored a pen to win it 2-1 in Rivals. His Stegen had 6 saves to my Neuers one, I had 2x the amount of shots on target to he had shots (8v4), and his only two shots on target were goals. Best of all he messaged me afterwards calling me a pace abuser like I won the game the way he did.
