Sangeetha Kalanidhi Aruna Sairam is one of the popular Carnatic singers and vocalists in India. She was trained by Sangita Kalanidhi Smt. T. Brinda in the style of Veena Dhanammal. As of now, she has recorded over 50 records and she is the first Carnatic musician to perform at the BBC proms in London and the Oud Festival of Israel (Jerusalem). She is also the Vice-Chairman of Sangeet Natak Academy which is India’s premier national institution for music and dance. She is honoured with many national and international awards, including the US Congress Proclamation of Excellence (2008) and the Padma Shri (2009).

Here Tamil. Sanskrit, Telugu and the like are alike. Carnatic music is strong in itself and so are the languages. If our views are broader, we can understand that they too are broader in scopes.

Agree with you ma'am but when it comes to your mother tonque or our heritage we feel proud and honored !! But is tamizh widely used a lot in the south ?? Leave alone carnactic songs , what about spoken tamizh ?? In most of the serial they don't call Appa or Amma instead of Daddy or mummy ( Mom)..instead attai , mama , Chitti chittapa , periayamma , periayamma etc all are replaced by Uncle or Auntie ..

How is it that when My feet touch the ground in Thirupati or Palani or Jerusalam I don’t feel anything different? Is this over exaggeration?
If u r truly religious of one religion u really feel the same in other religion and belief.
It is like u love yr mother and surely u can understand the somebody's mother too.

It doesnt have to. If you are religious you are creating a build up and you are creating an expectation that wyou will feel fulfilled. And probably that is why you do not get goosebumps when you enter them.
