the kraken is not actually submerged. its a "dry-for-wet" effect. the water and bubbles are inside the viewing dome between 2 layers, pocketed in between.
Why has no one made a video game based off of Submechanophobia? With how much anamitronics have blown up in the horror game scene since FNAF I feel it would be a truly horrifying expansion of the concept. I love the idea of walking around an abandoned water based attraction sounded by old anamitronics and figures rotting away in filthy water. The atmasphure a long is scary enough. If I know anything about making videos I'd do it myself, so someone with the right skills get on it.
I used to 'not understand' this phobia, but then I watched a documentary of El Al 1862, where a Boeing 747 lost two engines mid flight (even though I've got megalaphobia and _hate_ 747s and their ilk) They brought up the fact that investigators couldn't find the engines that were lost. They were only discovered when a nearby lake froze over that winter, and ice skaters found them under the ice. The concept of something as simple as ice-skating leading one to find _plane engines the size of pickup trucks_ underwater squicks me out to no end.
The first time I went to Sandy Springs as a kid, I was in awe at Brickley's stature and amazed how something that large could be formed by tiny LEGO pieces. But as my family and I approached him, I started really noticing that he was also partly submerged in the water, and I couldn't stop myself from observing how dark and murky the water was upon closer inspection. I couldn't help wondering how grimey the rest of Brickley might be, having sat in that water for so long, and somehow that made him feel more lifelike yet incredibly eerie. Soon, just looking at Brickley made me uncomfortable in a way that I couldn't describe. Years later, I guess in retrospect, that was my first submechanophobic experience!
A really good submechanophobia i think you should cover is that in the Dinosaur Valley section of IMG Worlds in Dubai, there are several Deinosuchus animatronics, including one thats entirely submerged until it leaps out at you suddenly. Theres also a mini croc next to what i remember as a dinosaur carousel.
that’s honestly fair but tbh the fear factor at least for people like me is the thought of being in the water with them especially stuff like the jaws the ride animatronic
Thats weird i was watching the abandoned by disney video from five years ago, i see this and think its an older video. Only to find out you JUST posted this😂
My step mom won a Disney cruise through her job, and the snorkeling lagoon is how I discovered my submechanicphobia. Though I wouldn't know what it was called until I discovered these videos😅

"They're just animals, so they're not that scary." Speak for yourself! Those hippos trigger my ssubmechanophobia sooooo badly!
I’d argue that hippos should be fear inducing at any point
“Ssubmechanophobia”
@@TheBeanoisMyFavComic Yeah, typos are a thing that happen sometimes. :) Hope that helps!

Subnautica but an underwater scrapping story. Imagine swimming down into the depths and finding a crashed jumbo jet.
I wish I could see the Phantom Riverboat in action. I wouldve loved it
That iguanodon looked so smooth and beautiful, wth. :c
2 minutes after posting?!? Heck yeah let’s go!!! Love the submechanaphobia videos!!

My submechanaphobia really only triggers with the idea that my feet can get caught in something like a chain or mechanisms if i were to go swimming

Woah no freaking way! New underwater content yay!
LOL That cute little Mighty Ducks mask. X3
Mighty Ducks mask!!! Love it!! But also a very good video!
I don't have any fear of underwater animatronics, I think they are cool.
that’s honestly fair but tbh the fear factor at least for people like me is the thought of being in the water with them especially stuff like the jaws the ride animatronic

Love the classic disney water rides

Bro I’m going to bed after this video and this guy said watch this before your sleep if you even dare the just sends a chill down my spine 😅😅😅😅
Actually scared and I’m not even a minute in
Insane
I love the voyage serpent he my favorite
submarine adventure is the reason i hate deep water XD that sea serpent was nightmare fuel for me for years.
I'm so glad that the angular fish is number one, heck even just watching videos of it makes me feel uncomfortable😭
I love these vids
Was this narrated by one of the Mighty Ducks!?
Well, Maelström was gorgeous! So creepy and unique! While Frozen... Meh. Just ordinary princess attraction.
ok, ngl i'd totally take that job! I love scuba diving and disney parks...so how do i sign up lmao
The cave of wonders whale is too scary to even look at the screen for me😭😭😭
iguanodon wasn't scrapped headless and armless. It still has it head and arms. What is missing is the outter skin
They got rid of the giant squid entirely I've heard
Never going to Disney and the beach ever again
also submarine voyage was a knockoff of 2000 leagues under the sea
Did you re-upload this video because I remember when this video first came out and it was quite a while ago
