Got mine....tuned the E string....then it died. So the E is perfect, going to buy another one so can tune the A :-)
I know it’s obvious but did you try a fresh battery and cable? I know they have sold a lot of these and I haven’t heard of any issues. Their customer support is also excellent. Ask for a replacement and let us know what happens.

Sent mine back. It does ‘Pop’ when you turn it on and off, especially when you turn it on.
Hi Jimmy. Thanks for your comment. I tested mine at loud volumes and it does not ‘pop’ at all. You may have gotten a bad unit and I would suggest that anyone else that has this issue contacts Peterson for a replacement.

Does it come with a power supply?
It does not. You can use a battery or your pedal board power supply or you can buy the power supply as an optional extra item.

Hi i do recording at home. I could never get the strobe to stop completely!! Any tips on how to get it to completely stop the strobe while tuning. Thank you!!
Hi Shane do you have this same tuner? Because they are so sensitive you may never get it to stop completely on the note. Remember that guitar strings oscillate and the strobe is so accurate that it tracks this. As long as you are close then you will still be more in tune that other tuners. If you need more help then try reaching out to Peterson via their website. They will be glad to assist you if your tuner needs repair. Thanks for watching!

@@shaner36 Make sure you have the latest firmware on it as well.
Turn off the strobe or sweetener.. can't recall which. Switch away from sweetener mode and it'll stop with that endless movement. Or so I've read.
horrible demo. all you did was tune standard 440!
Which frequency would you like me to tune to next time?

donald byrom I would think that if the tuner works well in standard then it would be the same in Eb but I appreciate the feedback and next time I will demo other tunings.
