    I’ll be greedy and say all content. Regulating the nervous system and fixing body hip core imbalances would be great too! Great information man! 🙏🏻

    Thank you, Zaid! My pain started after an intercourse (just like yours), so the first thing I thought of was obviously an STI. But after having done 20+ tests and them having found nothing, I started to think about muscles and TMS kinda stuff. Stretching does help me sometimes as well as rubbing the sore part. Which would not be possible if it was an STI. But I'm not sure what it is that I am dealing with. My muscles are not tense at all I'd say. Would be cool to see some more male success stories, especially after an alleged STI etc. Also please do more videos, i would have killed myself probably if it hadn't been for you and a few other ppl that i watch... I was really on the verge... And I am super desperate and depressed now. If it wasn't for this shit I would be HAPPY now.

      Then be HAPPY in spite of it. If you keep waiting to be happy until whatever changes, you’ll always be miserable. Accept this is a process & do the most important things you need to do, every day.

    Is it common for the pain to get alittle worse before it gets better when you start doing tennis ball work an working these spots?

      I think yes,it’s totally normal.When you work on a chronicly tight muscle,and try to release….at the first time the pain getting worse because you put under stress these muscles…after that the pain go away slowly as the muscle loosen up.

      Yea especially if other muscles around it are tugging at it. You could be feeling the tension developing again. Stick with it & release all around the body as well. Relaxation exercises can help here a lot. Hydration & sleep are crucial

    I have prostatitis. My main symptom is urinary frequency. When ever I get frequent massages my symptoms subside, but it is expensive. Could this help?

    • @fitalfa
      @fitalfa  10 місяців тому

      It could, give it a try! There are other muscles involved with urinary frequency ofc but start with the glutes, hips & pelvic floor

      Can l add? I had the same thing a few weeks ago. Turned out I had lower ab strain. They were tight. Which also affected that area. So doing things like cobra strefches and psoas muscle stretches helped with it. Got better after a couple of weeks.
