I literally just started drumming lessons this week and because of you i managed to play grade 6 ghost town so thank you so much and keep up the good work!👍👍👍
I've never heard or heard of that track or group, I didn't even know which part of the title refers to the group name or the band until I heard it playing in the video. I enjoyed it though, especially the intro, your drums seemed to be talking, it was like the drums were the vocals. Nice!
wonderful job. do you think you'd ever do a note for note tutorial? i'm really digging the disco/80s feel, particularly in the chorus, but don't really know how to play it
Great playing as always. So said that you were perhaps not playing note for note as the original but it clearly all fitted and sounded great. My question is how much time do you have to put in as an experienced drummer to get to that level. I assume you were using notation. Thanks
Hi Tony, thanks for watching. I was following the overall form of the song from a sheet (although it wouldn't have taken that much extra work to memorise the form of this tune). All the fills etc I was improvising at the time, that was the point. A couple are a bit more elaborate I guess, but mostly they're single strokes roll 16ths played around the kit in different ways! Cheers :)

Bro don't feel bad but il tell u something, I honestly hate electric drums, I love the normal once, I as a drummer realise the natural sound of drums will come only from a normal drum, which is called as a real drum. UR old videos were good, but I never expected a well experienced drummer like u to play on electric drums. 😔.
Thanks for watching - Yep I play and make videos on this channel on both types of kit. And as I've said lots of times on this channel, acoustic kit is my first love - but this set-up is great too and definitely has its place. It's been amazing during the pandemic when I wasn't able to get to my studio too! Cheers.
@@bruteclashing2383 😂True! Also for keyboard, electric guitar etc. Always use a cajon as a drum stool if I gig on this kit, so have an acoustic sound-making option if all else fails! :) Prepare for the worst, hope for the best.
