Best method - Take a camera, switch on the record button and record yourself speaking English. You can speak anything. After that, watch yourself speaking and do it regularly. You will see your improvement🤷🏻♂️

Right✔ but some times we know, how to speak english but we can't talk in english face to face specially with known people, we can talk on calling with unknown people , we can gave complete presentations in english Even without any preparation but there is also a lack of confidence due hesitation to speak other language such as english Or punjabi etc. So can you tell me some environments to speak English
My experience feels we should look active & confident .
During speaking in front of 10-15 people we must maintain eye contact towards them for 2-3 second s not too long, then again make eye contact for short periods, looking left as well as right side, slight movement also required.
Should take pause, do not speak uninterruptly because it look hurry to end communication.😊
