I feel like the only reason he lost was because he got too cocky and confident after the knockdown while Gib stayed composed (boxing starts in the head) of Austin can stay composed and consistent it will be a big upset. I think this one will be a lot closer. Austin, I assume, has worked on his cardio for this fight. He looks a lot faster and much more fluid. Not thinking about his punches as much and them just coming out instead. Gib looks relatively the same, he just looks like he's no more focused on power shots, which might end up being a downfall for him considering how fast Austin looked.
