I think they need to scrap the modifiers and fix the bugs in the game. W.ON.Y. has the potential to be more by expanding the map and adding missions there as well as D.C. the big problem is the developers in my opinion are making a game that is supposed to be fun to play, unplayable. Ubisoft has consistently failed the player base by ignoring us when we contact them about ongoing issues. For example the SHD function on the map still does not display people who need backup. Adding more junk and not fixing things us my concern. So here is the next part if UBISOFT is not fixing these issues then DO NOT BUY DIVISION 3. STOP BUYING PREMIUM SEASON PASSES. Honestly if they are not taking what we are asking help with in Division 2 it will not get any better in Division 3. Notify UBISOFT TO STOP THE NERFS AND SEASONAL MODIFIERS AND FIX THE GAME OR CLOSE DOWN AND FIRE ALL THOSE WHO ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DECLINE OF THE GAME. I appreciate you Notingbutskillz. I say use your influence and start standing up and saying enough is enough. I love this game and have made many friends playing it. The community just has been fantastic. However the developers are destroying the game... PERIOD. I mean YANICK could not even play Lincoln Memorial. And the developers expect us to play using modifiers, LOL!! I will not purchase any of the premium season passes and I will not buy Dibision 3. I will play the game until I have had enough. I will be voicing my opinions until either they go bankrupt or the start listening to their customers. We pay their salaries by purchasing premium season passes. Well no more. I am not buying any of their ridiculous outfits or anything else. Until we come together and flood their inboxes with our opinions, ....NOTHING WILL CHANGE.
Big fan of the nerfs and buffs excluding the Scorpio. Needed so players can use other equipment currently unused competitively. Have my reservations about the modifier, yet another game mechanic to go wrong. Agree that they should concentrate more on bugs and fixes to stabilise the game first.
Well aside from Picaros they buffed pretty much everything for the build I primarily use. OD 4-piece with Backpack AND Chestpiece. Vile Mask, Picaros Holster. Running Pestilence and ANY other weapon with Sadist. Technically even with the Picaros nerf it is still best in slot for my build. Could argue to use a China piece instead of Picaros. But I still think having both Armor and Damage is better than bumping up the tick damage of Vile mask only.
But yeah they give me Glass Cannon without hte Glass part for my OD chestpiece. They Give me more Amp damage from Sadist. Net gain is a positive for my build. They even buffed my Backfire build. Though I am a little concerned with the crit chance nerf on Ceska which is a part of said build. Then again, I haven't played the game in about a year and a half since they have been digging their own graves for quite some time. So... who knows.
You don't have to regrind. You have to be patient. In PVE, the meta will change, or if you're like me, you can use some of the old builds you made 2 years ago, which are now relevant.
No new legendary. No extra stash space. Just punishment 😮

The rebalancing is definitely not gonna add players to the game. In fact it will probably drive current players away. I've spent a lot of time and effort into building expertise and optimizing pieces playing the same content over and over again. If I have to start all over, don't think I'm gonna stick around.
PvP wise it would it’s clear certain weapons need balancing, people cry too much about their blatantly Op and overtuned items getting nerfed and bring other items into the spotlight to add more variety and make different things more viable
I totally agree with you. Im leaving this game. After all the grind, it's not worth it continue playing this game. Playing all the same missions and doing all the same stuff, really not worth my time.
If you spent lots of time in your stuff to expertise and level up you will be good to go since it seems you know how to properly make builds and not playing the same broken Elmo/Striker builds as 95% of these noobs play for over a year 24/7.

That's why the DZ is not always full and the same players are around. You are not a relevant part for this game and NONE of the new changes were made thinking about PvP.
I WILL SAY THIS AGAIN- WHY NERFS IN A PVE? IN A PVE WHERE BULLET SPONGES SHRED YOU FASTER THAN YOU CAN REACT? The dying Division 2 community needs to stir up a ruckus because this is unacceptable and the devs are heavily retaliating against us because nobody asked for Seasonal Characters.

The game doesn’t need a single nerf. We all deserve a power creep at this point. The game is so old lol if they kept all the buffs and reverted all of these nerfs the game will feel great imo. Also, 70% of the actual talents in gear need a buff. Overclocked, leadership, overwatch, protected reload as examples
They should be embarrassed that Reassigned not only still exists, but wasn't touched while they were busy negligibly buffing garbage like Spark for some reason (while also mega buffing Kinetic Momentum).

The enemies shred the armor you have in one shot. The only viable ability is that damn shield. The agents need a giant buff in damage and a passive damage resistance to incoming bullets

But when it comes to exotics, they try to add some fantasy appearance to them.. and then there's the ouroboros. The Spiral Torsion Spring inside the Mag is massive in order to keep up with the high firerate and to ensure the Ammo is allways at the feeding lip of the Mag when the Bolt Picks up a Cartridge to ensure no Malfuntions. Therfor the Huge Spring Size Reduces the Maximum Space for Ammo. Hell i like that Gun to.. Humans hate change. .

They never nerf the NPC weapons or time to kill. The Dev’s show you powerful gear and weapons in the PTS, then you get them in the game. Once you spend days and hours on leveling up them plus using exotic components that’s when the Nerf comes. Just look in your stash , it’s full of exotics and gear that nobody uses.
God forbid they nerf a Black Tusk drone or Rikers Tank nailgun, let’s just buttfuck Obliterate instead, that’ll fix everything!

agree....my SHD is 12000...i love this game and the first one...but i can't put it anymore with these devs that clear are not playing their own game on which they work on.

The most important thing gamers have is their time. Spending hours and hours grinding and farming mats to make the build you wanted only for it to be nerfed isn’t it. And having to farm the same materials over again for a new build is basically an artificial grind and a waste of time.
As a Destiny veteran finally finishing the decade long light and dark saga, I decided to come back to the Division. But it looks like you guys are having some issues too 😅. What a time to be alive.
I was grinding for the ouroboros for months, finally got it to drop in the incursion yesterday and literally lost my voice with excitement. Now I find out that ALL of my favorite weapons in the game, including the one I've been struggling to get for months are being nerfed to the ground?? I never thought a video game could make me literally depressed

If you are depressed because they fix your OP and broken gear and weapons it's clear you struggle with simple tasks and have no clue how to properly make a build. @ADISTOD3MUS Well your right I do struggle with this game, always have, how it works, builds, mechanics, all of it. I'm only able to play this a couple hrs a week, maybe, I work alot. Too many people in this game see a low shd level or realize the player calling for backup isn't as "skilled" as they are and don't want to help or teach them anything. So ya when I finally get a group to help me through the incursion or raid and I get a item that is exclusive to that event, I'm very excited about it. When I find out it's being nerfed, definitely not excited about it. You should help players who don't understand anything about this game so the community can grow instead of belittling comments that will decrease it.
This is why i stopped playing years ago. Nerfing stuff i spent a long time perfecting makes the game a waste of time. Surprised people have stuck with it so long.
Dev is killing this game, after 5 years I'm not coming back until Div 3 comes out, in the meantime I'm having fun right now with TFD.

Div3 is never going to happen. Ubisoft is going to be gone in a year or two and there is simply no business justification for an extension of The Division franchise after what they've done to this game in the past 3 years.
The problem with the Ouro was that the exotic talent was useless. The smg was only good for the ROF/MAG size. It was an ill conceived weapon that showed a lack of imagination on the part of the devs.
Exactly. There’s *literally no reason* to use it over a Vector with an actual talent, the tradeoff was basically a supercharged Vector that effectively didn’t have a talent unless you felt like foaming yourself for kicks. Removing that effectively just relegated Ouroboros to the Sweet Dreams of SMGs, and Sweet Dreams was already the Dane Cook of shotguns.
No talk of compensation for the exotic components that we spent to feel powerful..
Anything that was fun to use, has been nerfed…
They will increase the speed of npc mechanics while not increasing the player…

If people spent countless hours farming to pour resource expertise levels into a gear or weapon piece and the devs come in and nerf said piece, it basically makes your grind invalid/null/void/useless. Imagine having a SMG drum mag with 40 bullets and a normal mag with 60 bullets on a AR , visual consistency is off the charts with this update
Ar's can have a mag that looks like a normal one..."quad-column" casket mag with 60, the only difference it will be that is a little fat than a normal one...but from side view will look similar....so you do not not need rely a "drum" mag for 60rnds

Tha mag you are talking about the the 20+ buulet there is right now for the AR's with in the end only give you 50 bullets total in 99% of the AR's. I do wish if Div3 will ever come out they take EFT or Delta Force costumization. I rather have less guns with more costumization and be more consistant of how a gun really looks. One of the reasons people like EFT is the guns.

In case you havent figured it out yet - these devs are stupid AF. M60 LMG with a maximum effective range of 75 meters. I know for a fact I can headshot at 1800 meters with M60

Sure. Great. All the exotic components farmed from DZ and dailies and weeklies put into my gear only to say 'nope were nerfing these, try something else.' What a slap to the community. WHY NERF PVE?? Keep PvP balanced yes, but nerfing PvE? Were the factions complaining that our gear was overpowered? Why is it that white Tusk can slap us in the face with a few hits yet our weapons are going to be nerfed? Are the main factions going to be nerfed as well? What a joke.
The only reason they need to balance PVP is because PVP in Div2 sucks to begin with. So cuz crybabies gotta whine about getting their ass kicked they nerf everything into the ground and call it "balanced."
This is the end of the franchise. The only way division 3 will continue development is if this update sees a spike in players. Its garbage, so what few players are left, will leave.
I will see div3 to believe it they are untrustworthy.

I play the game for 5 years and to be honest I am not interested in play the same missions with my builds now all nerf. You are correct doing this nerfing on our builds that we put a lot of work what is doing is pushing the players away.
The Division 2 Dev's team don't like the Players being More Powerful than the Ai and they don't know what They are doing with The Game

Once upon a time they said they were going to give all missions a Legandary difficulty, but it never happened. That would involve actual WORK.
Remember when they went back on their word when we were supposed to be able to roll weapon damage on picaros holster and it never happened? Now they are nerfing it even more.
I seriously don't understand the thinking that went into all of this. They made the Oraboras(I know I spelled that wrong) a incursion exclusive and now they're nerfing the attributes that make the gun worth using. The talent is already useless in most situations. The RPM and mag size and reload time are the reasons this gun is used. After the nerf, the vector will out perform the Oraboras. So why even make the Oraboras if they're gonna nerf it and make it useless? They St Elmo's is something they got right. Its not a overwhelming or overpowered weapon. It's one of the best well-balanced weapons in the game. Most other games that have a pvp option, update pvp play and pve play individually so that the balancing represents both aspects. I'm very tired of the nerfs in PVE because nerfs and buffs that reflect PVP, shouldn't have anything to do with PVE play because the experiences are totally different from each other. This shows laziness. Why not focus heavily on the game quality of life and fix the delta bugs. I have never delta'd on any other game. I'm going to keep an open mind but they really might have destroyed this game for players that have been playing division 2 for years. Stryker has already been nerfed from it's original form. If you played Div 1 when Stryker was first introduced, you could run the dark zone manhunt for hours. It had a great healing component to go along with the crazy dps. It was designed to destroy armor of heavies and black tusk machines. A turret also built stacks(that is still happening in Div 1). They nerfed the healing and overall damage. So it seems that Heartbreaker will be back to almost it's original form before the nerf and will be used more than Stryker. OG players who still play this everyday have a major problems with this upcoming update. The way these devs think baffles the mind smh.
For the shiny new toys to succeed, they are yet again to nerfing the existing ones. Ouroboros is now hardly at the fifth spot in SMGs after the nerf. And that weapon is an Incursion exclusive. Yep, let that sink in.
I have done every mission over a hundred times at this point, It's just same ol, same ol. over and over. They have not kept it fresh and new. Exotic component grind is so exhausting, just feel like i can't max my gear that i love to use, it just feels like a year of grinding with very little results for my effort i have put in.

Totally agree!!! I have only just got the Ouroborous 9 days ago and have grinded to hell and pumped mad amounts of resources into it, to reroll it and to up the expertise.
I have only had the St Elmos just over a month and done the same with that, along with my striker build. So the devs are now basically telling me as well as many others, all that grinding you done was for absolutely nothing!!!
Clearly, nerfing what people have grinded hard for, is certainly NOT the answer if they want to create diversity of builds, as said, why not just raise the other weapons and gear sets, that is the logical solution, but then again, this is Ubisoft we are talking about, no wonder their stocks are tanking, watch the player base dramatically drop once the new season gets under way. Wash, rinse, repeat, the Ubisoft way, in the meantime, nowt done with all the hackers, as far as I am concerned, they are deliberately trying to kill the game.

I read a comment recently of a player saying Massive is upset with the player base for bashing them for seasonal characters they attempted to force us into. Now this pts patch is them getting back at us out of spite to punish us 😂
@Vv20vV well I am not purchasing any seasonal content and will definitely disable all modifiers in the game. Supposedly they claim you can disable them if so I will stream every single day on twitch laughing at all the crazies that jump on that train. I will laugh and ridicule the developers every single day for hours and hours and hours. Let's say 10 to 14 hours a day. A sheer laugh and ridicule fest. IT IS WHAT? IT IS PARTY TIME, bring all your best and most inflammatory comments about the developers and their sheer stupidity and lack of communication with their players/customers. I have personally sent over to them support tickets where they refuse to help or address the things I asked for help with. The you have these streamers and content creators that do not even attempt to help anybody any more. It seems like all of these "content creators" sold out and became UBISOFT stool pigeons, saying oh this is a good idea I want this or that. And the same said content creators ignores their subscribers chat requests. These same content creators stream videos in a conference chat supporting the very UBISOFT game developers who is trying to destroy the game by adding stupid crap to the game, because the players/customers can play the game better than developers who created the game.
Certain players will never be pleased and don't want change or to play on a more level playing field. Most will still play and when the new DLC comes out they will have forgotten all about the changes.
Level playing fields are fine, as long as said players have invested similar amounts of times and effort. That’s not what’s happening here.
People who have been on the grind for literally years shouldn’t be reset overnight.
This is killing the game. Players will start to drop off!
Imagine going along with this update only to put time into new items and then bam they nerf it too bc it's too popular it's a risk literally to play this game and invest in anything f this game and the franchise as a whole bc they'll do it in the div 3 and so on
I spent over 9k hours of playtime/completing builds and all that time grinding
if Ubisoft is going to do this by decreasing gear and weapons, they just NURFED another player away!
All that's left in the game are pvp cheaters,D2 is dead. If D3 ever comes, COUNT ME OUT!
I feel like this whole new change is the Devs way of getting their much wanted seasonal character type change into the game. My only question is with these changes that are coming, does that mean the NPCs are gonna be affected the same way the player base is with the changes? All the guns being nerfed, if the NPC has them in game, are they gonna still hit like a truck or are they gonna hit like they would if we had them? Guess only time will tell how bad or good this change is gonna be.

The word is "Partners" and they are both Partners. They sure as hell get something for promoting this fiasco of a game, otherwise there would be no point in trying to stay 100% positive even when there are so many negatives. They are getting PAID.
As a player with 5k hours on d2 and 6k hours on D1, WHO STOPPED PLAYING D2. I haven't yet seen anything that makes me wanna play D2 again.
The biggest difference between the games to me is the shields in D2. In D1 you had to run the Defense set.

Project resolve was bs, and now they're nerfing everything that players have grinded for is simply bs!!! Devs are mad because players don't want seasonal characters so this a way of them getting back at players. They don't communicate with the player base, and when they do it is half ass. The bugs that players have been complain about for example.......ACS shotgun reload, and how long did that take? The grenade glitch, and cheating in the DZ along with Conflict/Countdown.........did they fix that? No they didn't yet they rolled out bundles (Gangster/Mooncake).

I do not agree with you, introducing new and better weapons and gears will only push us to grind the same boring content over and over again to level them up... I saw someone on reddit that he had his ouroborous from level 0 to level 26 using all the resources he grinded for so long. And literally the next day they nerfed it. I understand why he is so pissed and many others too feel the same including myself. He also suggested a nice idea that I would be more accepting in this tough situation we live at now in this game, which is to introduce a new material to grind for in raids for example with a chance to get it. And then use that material to dismantle any item and get back all the resources you invested on it. I hope they do that and everybody will be happy. I am really not feeling like grinding all those exotic compenents running dz boxes like crazy again...
nerfing things in a 6yr old game is a stupid move to say the least . look what happened to the Helldivers 2 that game almost died because of nerfs and that game is not even 6 months old . masive should pulling players in not pushing them away . the fact that they're making these stupid decisions and they're getting paid for it is wild .

So Skillz, what would you suggest? The current seasonal model of doing Bounties, Control Points etc, was too repetitive and boring. Also, what new content would you suggest to add to the game?

Absolutely correct. What's the point of nerfing one gear to the ground and buff another, only to make us grind for a new gear? that's just stupid, so there is no real change to the game it's just gear that changes and that's not what's needed. Bring other gear up the speed so they can compete with one another.
Thank you and Tux both for actually speaking the truth and not just being yes men. They could buff every single thing in this game, and there would still be guns and talents that I would not use because they're not my playstyle or they are just trash period. I quit this game for a long time, came back, and now unfortunately I think it's time to move on. SHD level 5500+ just put level 26 expertise on so many items, even ones that aren't OP, getting nerfed. I was going to wait I had a full set of Protection from Elites 13s mods to retire my character, I currently have 4, but I think I'll enjoy the rest of this season and stop if these nerfs go through. I work full time, father, go to the gym, range, Jiu-Jit-Su, etc and just can't imagine doing this nonsense anymore. Thanks for being real with us!
Ive played for nearly 6 years and have NEVER had a 13% PFE mod. I was in a group once when someone got one, but they gave it to someone else. :(
Devs are retooling a game into something that is a different franchise, ruining the existing game we’ve been playing and grinding for years.
All we wanted was new content, IE; new missions! Open up hidden doors in the map, let us climb some of these skyscrapers, let us buy the exotics we can’t get to drop or DZ scum that steal our loot.
Bottom line, new missions is all we wanted.
They should’ve focused on giving us Heartland instead of another season 🤷🏾♂️ but no Ubisoft canceled it to focus on “other projects”. I’m so sick of Ubisoft now at this point.
It's crazy for me to think that Division 2 was my most played game up until I started playing Destiny 2. Funny enough, they are literally both the same now. Just plain stale. Grinding the same old missions for gear along with nerfs/buffs. It's not much to a lot of people but I have 55 days in TD2 and 67 days for Destiny 2. I don't know how much more time I will put into Division at this point which is a shame because I really do/did enjoy the game.
I give up. First I was ready to hang it when they announced seasonal characters, which imo was incredibly stupid. Then I was told they're reverting that so I got excited again. Now all my builds will be useless to an extent with these drastic and dramatic changes. They're just not tuned in, causing me to tune out.
I’ll say it once and I’ll say it again. If you want to stop having people rely on the meta then buff all of the gear sets. Make it like division one where everyone had a gear set for their play style and the gear sets were the end-all be-all loot.
I honestly don’t know why anyone would be surprised at any of these changes. This is typical Massive. They’ve designed the game for themselves; NOT the player base. Perhaps the best way to send an impactful message is to stop playing altogether. I did many months ago. There are plenty of other games coming out in the near future to look forward to. If Massive can’t keep up with the times, it’s just simply time to say goodbye. Btw I say all this also as a player who loved this game and has put thousands of hours into it. I have ALL of the weapons and gear pieces across 4 characters and already cleared ALL the content that this game has to offer.
PVE=no nerfs ever.
PVP=should be completely separate game.
They have left this game to die for far to long then "Oh let's just take all the time and effort players have put in and throw it away" to little to late.

I have 4 characters and 3 of them have maxed out expertise on meta guns. I have grinded for hundreds of hours to plough exotic components into my items. One of my suggestions would be when you destroy an item that is no longer a meta to move to an item that maybe the new meta you get all your exotic components back for said gun and you don't have to start that crazy grind again on a new gun. If the game was new and I hadn't exhausted every area of the game I would not be making this suggestion but the game is very old now and the die hard supporter of the game have lost lots of disillusioned friends along the way because of various decisions the development team have made. I think at this point the developers should be trying to please the player base and not drive them away. Players have always said, even from division 1 days bring the weaker weapons up to the standard of the better weapons and not nerf some of the hardest weapons for average players to find. I have lost count on how many raid weapons I have help people get, how many hunters I have killed so players can get the items attached to that task. I myself have lost countless good DZ teams because of the changes and the lack of expansions. I lost a good friend from day one divion 1 to seasonal characters. Please developers put your efforts into working on new content and not reviewing the content we already have. This is one of the greatest games ever made embrace the love for the game and stop driving players away. This game would make twice as much money for ubisoft if the had put the efforts they put into failed games like avatar and star wars.
The "rebalancing" bothers me less than the season grind they are forcing on us because the season grind is not fun and I play games to have fun. The thing that bothers me the most is the storage space and this did not get addressed. For every max level character the stash should get increased in size by 50. With 4 level 40 characters I have the ability to store 64 builds with a storage space of 300. Each build theoreticly uses 6 gear pieces not counting the weapons which adds up to 384 items. Which idiot went over the math of this ?
The Devs fucking with the gearsets is why I left the game a few years ago. You grind your arse off for months to get your perfect build and then they completely nerf it. I just got too fed up with that shit.
If we all just collectively stop playing they’ll either 1. Let the game die or 2. Listen to their player base
Not coming back to game ever again and not buying division 3. 10 years of my life in this franchise and the developers keep nerfing and destroying my hard work and time. Casual players don’t keep the game alive . Casual players will never commit to the grind. The hard core fan base keeps the game alive and funded, so the developers take away are hard earned toys with nerfs and give away our exotics to new the casuals for almost no grinding at all. The developers don’t know what they are doing.
There are too many weapons which will never have good stats due to low RPM or low damage when compared to similar weapons in the same class which could be D/C and no one would notice. When the enemies become too spongy the game becomes less fun for me as a solo player.
In my opinion the Devs should stop worrying about the weapons and start focusing on the talents. I say make backpack and chest peice talents interchangeable. And maybe add a few new gun talents for gold weapons.
At this point the should buff the other gear pieces and let us go wild with build ideas. Would def bring some players back.

What's going on agents I just checked my playing time for D2 and it's at 276 days 11 hrs and 33 mins... Lol yeah it's been a pleasant grind, an abusive relationship but still I've had a good run, the upcoming changes are absolutely terrible and unwarranted @Skillz you and a few others are listening to us I thank you please continue to be the voice for the few of us that still love this game
I agree that the same missions aren't going to make people come back. I didn't even finish the keener manhunt lol
My biggest concern is the community is being trolled and used to beta test what the might want to do in division 3. So they dont mind burning the bridge with you if they can gain 2 or 3 more of you ripping ideas from other popular games.
I think if people make enough noise during this PTS phase of how unecessary these nerfs are, they won't go through. If they do go through, Im not playing anymore. The changes are not necessary at all, although I do agreee on other gear getting buffed
The devs are stupid. Buff the weapons and gear that are too weak to take on the content you created don’t nerf the only weapons and gear that can take on the harder content like excursions and legendary difficulty

The LAST thing they should be doing is nerfing 90% or my builds. They’re also nerfing skill gear sets (wyvern and empress). I skipped season 1 and that was my first time and I think it’s unfortunately going to be the same this time

Thats why I had to give up the division... same missions, they just changed the story line. Was never going anywhere new.
Also keep in mind this GAME is to hold us til d3 comes out and yes new team and new manager, some old who help out with div1.

I think you are right about these changes that they planned for season 2.0. I agree with you that these changes would have been more timely with the release of the new DLC, not now. And yes, I agree that some changes would be welcome, but I think more in the area of weaker equipment, in order to make the players use those too, thus bringing more balance to the ones that are currently much superior to them.

Unpopular opinion but they should nerf the ouro, elmo's, and iron lung. Those weapons don't take alot of skill to use and close the skill gap in Pvp to dramatically. I disagree with you on this. It doesn't matter if they nerf a meta weapon or buff other weapons to be more viable, people will always find and use the best weapon available. Alot more things are viable in Pve as compared to Pvp so I'm sure people will find a way to still use the ouro in Pve.

One of the main reasons I play Division, is making builds. I just love putting all the different pieces together and play the game in some sort of personal way. When you have a few overpowered pieces, like Ourobouros, Strikers and St. Elmo's, there is just no point in making different builds. This is what they were trying to do with seasonal characters, level the playing field. Now we get a nerf, were still not happy... Keeping the same builds will not bring anyone back, because everyone is already bored.
I know this not going to happen BUT hear me out Remake The Division 1 on NextGen PS5 PRO AND XBOX PC forget the Division 2 and the DLC or whatever plan developers have until Division 3 comes out i am willing to pay $70 for The Division 1 Remake 4k 120hz with Ray Tracing!

We all always knew the game had so much potential, the devs on the other hand, GARBAGE! They have always been out of touch with the community, which is why so many people left the game. How are you going to have balancing now? FOR WHAT? Zero new content at all. Those who have stayed loyal to this game and have been playing, this is the thanks those 5 to 10k players get? So glad i jumped ship on this when i did.
I stopped playing Division 3 months ago because of this exact thing. I went back today and I’m just not into re-grinding on old maps! I’ve went to MW3 until my customer PC comes in.
I cant imagine how devs of current games does the same thing always . People are really upset about Diablo 4 changes in core gear every few weeks even for Eternal characters and left game massively ONLY after 1 year ... what gonna happen here when we get our gear loved and expertised for YEARS nerfed? .
And i say that when im one of those who use tons of different weapons and armor sets (check my vids) but there will be barely people playing this after the nerfs to the loved gear as Elmo , Scorpio , etc.. specially when both of those was already nerfed for pvp ...
And thats while most of the named and exotics remains "meh" or even crap at the same time .... i really force myself lately for play Overlord shotgun as is the latest exotic weapon added .. but i cant find the "point" of it at all .

What is not to like about being able to finally be able to use previously disused gear and weapons now competitively. The Orouboros is one weapon everyone knows is overpowered, so what is the problem? We know it needs a nerf or those who like to play fair know it does.
No one wants to re-farm and expertise grind new crap, especially if this cycle of nerfing simply continues.
The answer is to buff underused gear, or just rework it. There is plenty of gear to work with but instead they go with nerfs?
Makes no sense especially with the Oreo - It’s an incursion exclusive item. Where is the incentive to run it if it’s only going to give you the 5th or 6th best SMG?
A game that commits the sin of having countless bugs (created with each update to eliminate other bugs), that has fallen into the monotony of daily farming, the same thing every day, the story's plot that is weak and not exciting. In short, an extremely repetitive game. Contrary to working on a DLC that was exciting, that would generate a certain vibe or revive the game... but no... a general rebalance, and new clothes, as if they had nothing better to do. The impression is that Ubisoft is waiting for the last user to leave to shut down the server. Ubisoft's results prove the inability to innovate even with a famous franchise like The Division. My excitement for the game was to the grave with the very weak outcome of the last hunt, I haven't logged in for several days and I'm already thinking about uninstalling it.
I've been playing Div1 and Div2 for years and it was a great ride but i left months ago. Sad to say!!
