The fact that people are quoting other things that other robots said from other communities, and even franchises... Something about that sits right with me...
Honestly a sort of "Last Stand" Gimmick for each of the characters would be pretty cool, giving them a new passive and active skill while bolstering their stats a bit, since surviving as the final person can be basically impossible rn without good survivor maps for loops and jukes. Maybe even make it like a new game mode, an exe and all souls vs one boosted survivor, a sort of bossraid.
ngl never really understood why metal wasn't the first idea to combating exe. He gave sonic trouble on his own and all it would take is one other person (shadow ideally) and exe wouldn't be able to put up a good fight anymore
i imagine taking the characters as they are in modern canon and pitting them against exe, even taking sonic out of the equation, metal and shadow together should be able to at least put up a good fight together, since they can both use super forms i believe, and even if they can’t they’re no pushovers in base. id include knuckles but i think splitting their forces so that someone is around to protect the survivors should those two fail would be a good idea

@@CorvusTheMonke self destruct is only useful in a specific situation (which is when everyone is low) but in that situation its extremely useful because of how far exe gets pushed so the survivors get enough time to run away.

@CorvusTheMonke Most of the time the situation in which survivors are low is when its Kolossus, Sonicexe deals too little damage for him to have every survivor low and its not even worth to use self destruct against Sonicexe. But most of the time people use Kolossus which can't outrun self destruct's range unless he chargest but he won't have time to do that if you use self destruct and push, also using push then self destruct and grapple extends the chase as you said and pushes the sonic far enough for the survivors to escape.

Unlike with other solo characters, Metal is a Intresting case, as a Metal Main, my main Goal is to keep the exe away from my team even at the cost of my life, but in a Solo, there is nothing to protect, other chars will just run in a Solo, but metal? He wants ALL the smoke, playing Metal solo actually gives you the feeling of "Hey, i might have a chance" since The exe himself will try to run away from metal a few times (if u use push) It really just feels like an Actual Fight and not a Runaway

Honestly a sort of "Last Stand" Gimmick for each of the characters would be pretty cool, giving them a new passive and active skill while bolstering their stats a bit, since surviving as the final person can be basically impossible rn without good survivor maps for loops and jukes. Maybe even make it like a new game mode, an exe and all souls vs one boosted survivor, a sort of bossraid.
ngl never really understood why metal wasn't the first idea to combating exe. He gave sonic trouble on his own and all it would take is one other person (shadow ideally) and exe wouldn't be able to put up a good fight anymore

i imagine taking the characters as they are in modern canon and pitting them against exe, even taking sonic out of the equation, metal and shadow together should be able to at least put up a good fight together, since they can both use super forms i believe, and even if they can’t they’re no pushovers in base. id include knuckles but i think splitting their forces so that someone is around to protect the survivors should those two fail would be a good idea
@@dreemurrprince Exe just wants to be Sonic both Shadow and Metal are on par with him and rarely surpasses him. Which means they can take out EXE with ease Metal would just learn adapt and copy EXE's moves while shadow just uses his chaos powers. In Super Form and Neo Form both would just body EXE💀

@@CorvusTheMonke self destruct is only useful in a specific situation (which is when everyone is low) but in that situation its extremely useful because of how far exe gets pushed so the survivors get enough time to run away.
@@MisterHippo. You could be extending the chase by pushing him away from others and grappling him with you? Instead you eliminate yourself with a move that EXE can easily escape by rushing or just running out of range ( If your SonicExe since hes alot quicker)
@CorvusTheMonke Most of the time the situation in which survivors are low is when its Kolossus, Sonicexe deals too little damage for him to have every survivor low and its not even worth to use self destruct against Sonicexe. But most of the time people use Kolossus which can't outrun self destruct's range unless he chargest but he won't have time to do that if you use self destruct and push, also using push then self destruct and grapple extends the chase as you said and pushes the sonic far enough for the survivors to escape.

I honestly like how metal's eyes here are green and not the usual red. Really shows how metal has changed objectives and is trying to act like the hero that sonic once was
Unlike with other solo characters, Metal is a Intresting case, as a Metal Main, my main Goal is to keep the exe away from my team even at the cost of my life, but in a Solo, there is nothing to protect, other chars will just run in a Solo, but metal? He wants ALL the smoke, playing Metal solo actually gives you the feeling of "Hey, i might have a chance" since The exe himself will try to run away from metal a few times (if u use push)
It really just feels like an Actual Fight and not a Runaway

There kinda already is one but it’s more-so dreadful ambience for if one player remains and the exit hasn’t appeared yet
I can see a separate mechanic being possible though for this to occur for whatever reason such as if at low (or maybe high/full) HP or if the exit has spawned while solo or if at homestretch of time while solo or something, there’s a lot of cool potential for this
they NEED solo character themes. that or unique “80 second” themes depending on the character you’re using.
