Imaš isti workflow kao ja, što nisam do sada našao nigdje. Ali još bitnije, motiviraš me da se vratim na psytrance nakon dugo godina. Uglavnom želi reći: Svaka čast, i nemoj posustati, ovaj kanal će prije ili kasnije eksplodirati, jer je ovo čisto zlato. Ako ikad budeš u Zagrebu, volio bih te upoznati. Hvala puno. Ne jutim views, a i ne mogu mnogo materijala sa ovakvim sadržajem izbacivati mnogo često. A sa druge strane ni ne pokušavam nešto previše gurati kanal. Radim to prirodno pa kako bude. Yes, not sure why you didn’t get it from the video, and I hope I was clear about it, but OTT is a combination of compressor and expander. It does the downwards and upwards compression at the same time and this is what makes it so special. Multiband compressor and expander.
@@EClipChannel Maybe because when I think of MB-Compression, I think on Pro-MB, what also has the ability of expanding!? So my question was more particular aimed on this fact. But probably the crucial point is, that the ott does comp+expanding at the SAME TIME which I didn't realized enough!?
@@SeraphinOM in Pro-MB you are choosing compression or expansion, you cant do both. I wouldn’t compare those two as their purpuse is completly differnet

@@EClipChannel I’ve always used the logic Tape delay + tremelo (or any other autopan) on a bus for my long delays. I found I couldn’t get any other delays to cut through the mix on the long tail end the same way.

Isuggest you strat with Psychedelic Tips Vol.2 , and after that you can move to Psyentific Master Course, so far only first class is done, and those classes are "in depth" about specific topic

@@Violentic81 i just checked and it seems that OTT and Abletons Multiband compressor are 2 different things. I know that Ableton use Glue compressor for its compressior unit, but i think that OTT is. Kt integrated in ableton.

Melody it does, the rest of the track I wouldn't say. But in general, the whole my career I like using only a few scales for melodies, and it is the same scale that Astrix used, but he cannot own those scales, and if we use those scales which will influence that is sound a bit like him, but that not necessarily mean that we are copy Astrix, just use the same scales. But anyway, it is hard to make something that is unique and many tracks are similar, especially as psytrance is pretty limited in one way, while it is so wide in the area of sound design, and if you are looking for variety in psytrance, I recommend that you focus on sound design, not on the composition itself.

Hey e-clip have you tried the native Squasher plugin in Cubase 12? It is also an upwards/downwards compressor with more control than OTT.
Will test it again, but I think I would use it if it was close to OTT, but will give it another try

I don’t think so, but i might be wrong. I know it is integrated in Serum, not sure for Ableton
