This is probably one of the cleanest Chuck boxes I have seen. Bravo! I love the use of the PVC board and the pre-existing box.
Superb build. You could market that and sell them by the truck load. I've thought about building one of these for ages. Yours is by far the best quality example I've seen by miles.
It does look epic. My only concern is that itdoesnt look watertight (if left out in the rain)? (If I am going to be really critical; it isnt ant proof and here in Australia when 'out bush', I wouldnt be able to leave this out unattended, due to insects.)
Interesting idea to use the gas one type butane stove. It's a nice choice for that form factor.

nice build! one thing i might suggest are flaps that fold out from the lid to create a sort of screen from the wind? might be useful on windier days that you're out using it.

Superb! The only thing, I would glue the ceramic tile on the folding metal sheet, so it can withstand the hot pans/pots.

I liked it very much. I will also try to make such a box. But! I will make the top cover of the box open by another plus forty-five degrees. If it is parallel to the ground, then this is already a table! For stability I will put two legs.
Очень понравилось.Я тоже попробую сделать такой ящик. Но! Я буду делать, что бы верхняя крышка ящика открывалась еще на плюс сорок пять градусов. Если она будет паралельно земле то это уже стол! Для устойчивости поставлю две ноги.

Looks nice but your stove does not have the ventilation that it should while in use very dangerous to over heat it.
There is space under the stove so enough air gets to it to cool it down. Also, I never leave it unattended while using it and I always use it outside.

About 5-6kg. Of course, much depends of the gear you are putting inside, like a cast-iron for example...
