I have this model, and the dial is incredibly dynamic. The handset js perfect, and the whole watch is just fantastic. It's super comfortable, and you should be able to get a discount on it
I picked this one up a few weeks ago. I already have the 43mm PO (white ceramic dial), so I was interested to see how this would compare. One thing that takes a bit of getting used to is the smaller crown, it is definitely not as easy to manipulate as on the larger version. I absolutely love the colourway of this one, the blued handset and dial really pop in the light. If truth be told I wish they released the summer blue version on the 43mm size instead, even though I've small wrists, I just think the PO looks better proportioned in the larger size. I also miss the fully lumed bezel that's on my other PO.
Love this one. Almost bought it without seeing in the flesh, then realized that was stupid; still waiting for these to show up at met authorized dealership. Bruce, if you want to grow the channel, I bet it would help a lot to add 4k videos! A watch like this certainly merits it.
Just saw the ultra deep 75th yesterday and it does not disappoint! I am seriously considering this piece, just love the dial. Omega is so much more fun to wear
I was reaceantly cross shopping this model with the standard blue one and decided on the standard blue as i felt it was more likely to be a keeper. I made the right choice for me and i love it. The only thing I could falt is the lume on the hands doesn't last very long. I have £200 seiko's that last longer.
Generally I have found omega and tudor lume sucks compared to most Seikos. I have the ultradeep and my 10 year old cheap seikos have longer lasting lume.
I have it and love it. The bezel and dial colors are incredible different shades of blue. I have a smaller size wrist and the fit is perfect. Yes it’s compact but I actually like the height as it gives the watch some punch.
I love the Summer Blue watches Omega is putting out. My beef w/the PO has been the thick cases... and that's even on my 8" wrist. Would've been nice to see a fully lumed bezel along w/the 6, 9 & 12 hour markers. I also like the solid case back on these.. which helps somewhat w/thickness. Overall a great piece!
The Summer Blue Collection from Omega is stunning, but I was hoping that Omega finally updated the Seamaster collection, specifically the 300m this year. Addressing the thickness, bracelet, etc..
@@uhrenundstilmitbudget so my wrist is 16.5 cm which is perfect for the planet ocean summer blue. I think the summer blue Heritage 30 0 would look great on your wrist. The planet ocean might be a bit too small
I have one of these. I agree with everything said except for the Lume, it's rubbish. My experience of Omega's and Rolex tells me the Lume on this isn't good enough for £7000 watch. Omega have fallen way behind when it comes to Lume. Other than that, love it.
I have this watch, it was love at first sight. Everything about it is perfect to me (almost), the dial and this hue of blue is just gorgeous. It fits well on my 6.7” wrist and it hides its thickness very well and fits easily under cuff. The brushed bracelet is great but my only gripe is that a few more micro adjustment positions would have been useful. I found 3 not to be enough especially as the weather warmed up and getting a comfortable fit wasn’t easy. The addition of a half linked helped but for the time being mine lives on a Artem hybrid strap which suits it very well. Overall a fantastic watch.
I think that's only part of the equation. I mean... The Nivada Grenchen Depthmaster is 1000 meters and it's pretty tiny. It's the Omega movement + depth rating.@@ChristopherJones2

Arggghh just bought the new Tudor BB58 GMT Coke as my daily...I love it but I wish I'd tried that beauty on first. Big fan of Omega generally; I own 2 other Omega SMPs already - the full Sedna blue dial on alligator strap with Sedna clasp & the yellow gold/steel on black dial on bracelet. Oy vey...I hate this passion for watches!
The summer blue is so beautiful.
I saw this in person in person today and was blown away. I really hope I can get this model one day
The lighting in this video is amazing that natural light macro shots are great Bruce. Good job.
It’s the dial is that great
See it in person you will know

Nice! How much of a discount were you able to get? Thanks!

Would you say it looks familiar to the longines hydro conquest 2024 ?

Owning this
The quality is top notch
My favorite compared with all my Patek and rolex
The PO is my favorite from the 75th anniversary collection. Thanks for the Review!
I love this model and the Aqua Terra
I have the 39.5 Tokyo 2020 Olympics edition.Came with 3 different types of bracelet/straps but I put it on Omega's milanese bracelet and love it.

Just a bit disappointing. Although the lume on my bb58 is excellent 👌
Beautiful design and nice size. If I were in the market for an Omega diver, I think I would go for this one.

Just saw this at the boutique an hour ago picking up my speedmaster.. It looked amazing!
The lume on Planet Ocean hands is unmatched. Wish they would lume the Aqua Terra the same way!

Love the watch. Why do you like the 8900 movement over the 8800 movement?
5h more in terms of power reserve, and jumping hour function for quick timezone changes.
Love this it’s my favourite summer blue model
STUNNING
This has grown on me so much.

got the ultra deep 75th anni. it is also very wearable. smaller dial makes it work overall
Great looking watch but I would like to see a version with white coloring the numerals of the bezel.
If I didn't already own the blue SMP, this would be the one to get!
Which did you like more? This or the 300 Heritage Summer Blue?
The 300 more because it wears bigger, this is prettier, but wears too small for my liking
@@BruceWilliams I have a 6.5 inch wrist 😭 tried both on and the Heritage lug to lug is a bit much
May I ask you how big your wrist is in cm. I have a 17.5-18cm wrist and am considering whether the watch is too small. Thank you for your effort

I want to see the Ploprof in the metal.
Good luck. It seems they only made a handful.
Looks like the Longines Hydro conquest
Very very nice
I like it 😊
They should just bag it and make all PO's 42mm. That summer blue is awesome, however.

I totally agree with you, the micro adjust is 8 or 9mm, simply not long enough. Cheers.
Why does Omega make the POs so thick?!?!
Depth rating

Lume the bezel!
$300 premium yes, but to me the summer blues look more basic with less colors.
They are new and different is all.
Very shiny, very mall watch-esque
I love my Seamaster but my Doxa 300T Pro is my diver style watch. Color is weak honestly
I wish they offered a no date.
Too small?
The key is the 8900 movement. For me 8800 is subpar IMHO.
I prefer the quick date change
Too bad they didn’t make it in an adult size
This looks like jeans. Not a fan of the color scheme.
