- Join me for training and running errands today. Collected more asics stuff and also went to the bike shop for some change-up and check-ups on the bike.
I did give some tips on how I approach training and what I do for my core stability gym workout. Feel free to try them but of course, if it is too difficult, plsn’t do them

Hey! loving the videos. Are you a professional triathlete? or do you combine this with work / if so what type of job do you do ?
And is it worth putting in all the money in the more expensive bikes etc
Currently juggling between work and sports. And I am a sports therapist.
In my opinion it depends on your purpose in racing. If the purpose of racing is just to complete then I rather you get an entry level bike, something that is within your budget and practical. But if you do have the money and you are racing to win or qualify for something then I rather you invest in something good and just do to the best of your ability.

I am pretty sure you can purchase them at ASICS outlets or Try ASICS only store. You can sign up for the ONE ASICS program and you can get discounts and promotion through there
