- We check out a new Infection mod for a newer minecraft version.
This is, Mutationcraft. It is a 1.19 mod that is heavily inspired by "Scape and Run: Parasites". This is our first impressions and experience with this mod.

Yoo I’ve been in a depressive episode for months and your video actually got recommended to me for the first time in a long time. You guys managed to make me laugh so damn hard (mostly from Ian’s screaming, mates screams were so damn genuine) and I’m glad to see you guys playing minecraft with parasites once more

Scape and run parasites is one of the mods of all time, nothing can compare.
I tried this mod, I feel it justifies the use of mrcrayfish/s gun mod. I even tried to use the LEnder's catalyst mod but it only made it a little bit easier. those endermen are pain lol

The mobs being slower in water can be fixed by giving the parasite mobs Dolphin's Grace as a constant effect.

bit late to comment but tbh srp needs a run for their money, ik there was drama and all that whatever, but a little competition is always good, although I hope they stray off in their own direction and really make it its own thing
yeah people want to say copy cat but i really think srp strays super far out in the later game stages. so other mods can experiment with a different style that develops more later

I loved this video a lot, very funny at some points. You should play with the cave dweller mod, don't have to but its a fun little mod that Minecraft a1000 times scarier I nearly craped myself playing it.

Gothic mod is adding a lot of new stuff from a german Game with the same name "Gothic" and "Gothic 2". Thats where are the molerats, Scavengers and that Hunter came from. Beware of the shadow beast.
This mod fits minecraft alot more than old parasites! The gothic rpg mod is made by the same guy who made the parasite addon mod
I would presonally play more with the Spore mod since its more different and has its own unique take on an infection in mc, but this one is pretty good as well. Also the Gothic RPG mod is very well made but the latest version for some reason the Cave Molerats spawn everywhere and its so hard to find the other mobs in the mod other than the Shadowbeast and the Scavengers/Young Scavengers. Does this only happen to me or??

Scape And Run isn't on newer versions, it's only on 1.12

I like the mod but phase 0 moves way too fast, it should have a timer or something, it felt more like phase 1 or something material
The mod is cool but it definitely needs more polish. Some models look good and others (like the witch) look so bad 🤣
I would still rather watch the Spore mod since its well made and looks great! If u think the Spore mod is a lil easy then add The Undead Revamped mod and you'll definitely be more occupied in ur world! Btw the Gothic RPG mod is rly awesome and well made but the latest version has some problems with mob spawning.
Yes ur right about the witch. The witch looks that bad just because it's made by me, not the actual artist. Even though spore models are good, I think they are to similar within eachother ( lack of style ). Plus they all look like villagers even though some are not.
@@TeamAbyssalOfficial They are a bit similar but im still able to identify them pretty easily plus there are more villagers in the game than actual player models. What I would wish from the spore mod is for the mobs to be able to evolve and have animal variants. I like what u did w ur mod when they evolve so thats prob the main reason why I said its cool.
@@TeamAbyssalOfficialthem not being so different makes it match minecraft more. In addition, the spore mod also only affects humans (players, zombies, pillagers and villagers) so it's normal for you to see several of them

@@NunNun69No, not really. Minecraft has shown quite a variety of mobs, each in a different style. Look at the zombie and the enderman for example. What exactly do they have in common?

This mod is pretty cool but, has some stolen assets from srp and the betweenlands, though the dev has claimed to be in the process of removing them

Which server host are you using for these? I noticed that NoCube's Gothic RPG mod is mounted in this vid, but NoCube has project distribution turned off on all his mods so they're not allowed on hosts like Aternos. I just want to play his Realm RPG mods with some friends lol.

Hey Troubled boys! Great video, however I noticed the difficulty moves extremely fast, is this a bug or the nature of Mutationcraft
The nature, read the description of the mod. However, the stages will from the incoming update pop up but only if u didn't die ( minecraft shitty logic )
@@TeamAbyssalOfficial Do you mean the stages will pop up in chat? I'm not aware of any vanilla bug that could prevent that after the player died

@@TeamAbyssalOfficial I doubt that's a problem with vanilla, I've had no problem with adding chat messages that pop up regardless of whether the player has died
@@a_cats Well yeah Intellij has Onserverstarting busEvent. I am learning java atm so in the future other mods will hopefully be written in that. But for mcreator, I am proud of what I did honestly, even though it's not without coding also.

No exaggeration, the sounds those Sheep make is the worst thing I think I've ever heard in my life.
This is up there with Scape and Run, more on the gritty, spooky factor.

Nuclearcraft mod
This mods is good but one problem with it is the spawnrate is high like me when i got drunk,legit stage 0 and i got oblirated by 4 diffrent mobs
One more thing is the necro endermen seem to has the ability to teleport to the player regardless if the player is in a block or not and also even teleport 3 diffrent necro mobs to you.
All mobs will be nerfed a bit in the next update ( Little changes in health and spawn weight except the enderman ) . Because, enderman is almost revamped completely as he will only be infected later in the game and teleports rarer to you. The stages will also grow slower.

I think it's nice and refreshing purely based off the fact that 1.19+ mods are really fun. You can check out a video we did where we added fungal too. I feel like it will be able to be different enough as time goes on with updates.

Idk what to think about how much of this seems to be a straight ripoff with slightly different models, especially since the devs of this mod could have just gotten into contact with dhanantry and try to get permission to work on a 1.19 port for sr:p
