There's been so many fire mods recently, I think there are some really cool ideas and intriguingly different to other infection themed mods, although definitely it needs to be balanced a little bit, I get it's a beta though so for what it IS it's super neat and I'm excited to see what develops from it! I think having mini-boss fights with certain mobs is honestly really fun idea they could expand upon specifically. Absolutely loved this! Such a great WIP mod and again with the great music, you guys know how to make an awesome video! I see you all liked these combat mods, if you guys wanna use more cool weapons you should try the Celestisynth mod, epic attacks and models for all weapons! And another good monster mod is Enemy Expansion which adds unique mobs everywhere in your world! Also loved the addition of the Cave Dweller xD, I would say that the 1.19.2 version works best for me since I saw u guys crashed bc of it.

Damn this mod honestly looks like its gonna be so good when its finished, plus that structure underground is such a good concept to start an infection/horde. Great video like always! Also idk if you guys like magic mods but Iron's Spells and Spellbooks is an easy to use magic mod and looks fantastic, also adds structures with minibosses and a boss to the game!
this mod is actually pretty balanced compared to parasites because while they're strong (not even close as op as the parasites) you have so many ways to fight against it that aren't just swinging your sword, there's cures and devices that fight the infection, and you can destroy sculk nodes, all of this using parts FROM the infection itself to fight against it
Wow imagine if that enderman had animations, that boss fight looks crazy alrdy! I think I most like the Fungal Infection Spore mod and the Sculk Horde. Idk they just seem to fit Minecraft very good! You should play the updated version for 1.20.1 It added more stuff and mechanics, and the sculk enderman looks really cool now with better animations as well. Plus he has 200 health now and continually teleports away from you while he summons and shoots. The whole mod is more polished now.
I am using crayfish's gun mod and epic knights(has a halberd and greatsword that can one shot most of them with a crit hit). Plus vampirism. Has flying ability you can get up to 20 hearts, strength1, speed1, and regen. Regen has cooldown. Even with these mods I still get my ass kicked. But managed to sneak in and deactivate the ancient node with bat form. And blew up the nodes but i needed tnt and regen 2(still died too) Sculk enderman is killable with a gapple and turtle master + regen 2 plus a gun. I used the rifle with some enchants because the minigun is a bit op for bosses.
I thought it would go away once the nodes were deactivated and destroyed. I was wrong. It still GAINS mass and if you try to cure it it sends an army and spams creepers that spread sculk when they explode.
what mod lets you hold shift and hold left mouse button to collect stuff? like in normal minecraft you have to click every individual item you wanna get
This is officially my second time reccomending don’t starve together BECAUSE… I saw a comment talking about how infection mods are basically your genre. And don’t starve together has a worldgen setting called lunar rifts (and shadow rifts for the caves), where a rift will break open and start infecting an area, also bringing enemies. There are plenty of infection mods like The Black Death that adds… the Black Death. BUT… id say give the game a bit and don’t play it yet. Huge update coming this year and it looks important. Wow. Not gonna lie, the strongest infection mod isnt this one. The strongest mods are the ones that are unbalanced. In that case the Scape and Run: Parasites mod is objectively the strongest, because the coders are obsessed with the question of whether they CAN, not whether they SHOULD.
I compiled every invasion mod i could find into a modpack please help(I also added some other mods like ice and fire, of which i bumped up the dragon spawnrate by 10 times, and tough of nails, which is hard :() it is painful
