I have no idea how TF is still viable. U have ashe support lvl burst. Dead zed lvl DPS. Only high range skill have bad skill and and is abysmally slow. U have mana Regen ability in age in which mages never run out of it, e is just meme ability and biggest advantage of ultimate is that u can light up fed twitch or Vayne. Only saving grace is that he gave cool design. I have no idea what this champ is meant to do.
