Why do I like these videos so much? He's just unboxing things. It's so simple
You should watch Idea channel's "What's the deal with unboxing videos?" video if you're really interested in why. It's really something to think about.
Because he's funny and he has a genuinely positive attitude which is amazing! Imagine being blind and not seeing a thing for your whole life. I doubt noone else is as happy and positive as him :) Everyone suffering from depression should totally watch his videos because these just make you smile and think more positively
Thanks Tommy your freakin awesome! Love watching the videos and sharing them with my friends! Keep it up!
*Thanks, Tommy. You're (contraction of "YOU aRE")
your = possessive
*freakin' (apostrophe takes the place of the omitted "g")
Holy shit! Hahah. “I guess im on my own!”
Tommy..IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!!!!!!
*I'm
Thank you so much for sharing your experiences. Our 9 month old son was born with the condition anophthalmia causing complete blindness since birth. Your videos give us insight into some of what we can anticipate for him and demonstrate your ability to keep the humor in life. We hope he will be able to do the same in spite of the challenges he will face. Keep up the great work!
Thanks so much for all these wonderfull videos, it means alot to a huge amount of people.
*wonderful
*a lot
Lol. "No brail directions, very sightist of you"
*Braille
If I ever find a braille label maker, I'm totally going to get him one.
You just earned a subscriber! !!
Just bought this. Works great.
Connecting those color-coded RCA cables between TV and DVD player must have been fun.
I'm guessing that the people filming this video stopped and helped him with that.
I do understand the issue with it not having the braille instructions. But it is a DVD player after all. I don't think SONY thought about that issue coming into play. And im not going to lie, i would not think about it either. But thats the great part about the internet. You get to see all this great stuff. Your videos you post are great, leaves me laughing ever single time I watch one.
Just ran out of videos to watch. I'm looking forward to your new videos popping up on my subscription box.
I watched all of those too... :)
Lol I love how he keeps saying lets "watch" this or "look" here.
I would be scared to death to use a knife without sight, I don't know how you do it. I love the videos and subscribed to both channels! Keep em coming!
It is fascinating to watch you deal with everyday life situations. After a couple of videos, I sometimes seem to forget for a few seconds, that you are actually blind, because there are things you can perform just like any seeing person. If i'd close my eyes and try those things, I'd just break something expensive, I guess.
Good luck for your kid! I hope he can handle the situation :)
best wishes!
Respect from Sweden! Your are so funny man like 4real. Love your videos, Found your channels today, And ive been watching your videos all day, btw, I Subcribed to your channels. Peace & Take care
*You are

I love watching these but im afraid to run out of videos so keep uploading more please because these are more entertaining to me than just movie reviews, & most of the movies my parents wont let me watch anyway

*won't
If I was Tommy, I'd leave the yellow cord unplugged, and then I'd make all my friends watch the movie like I do. lol
It’s a good thing it’s an upscaling DVD player!
Wow, thats great that you have found Tommy. He seems like a great man and I'm sure your son will be too.
*that's
Wonderfull Video!!!!
Better than people who have eyes!!!
Breaks my heart that you cant see!!!
*can't
*world (singular)
Have you ever tried a braille Rubik's Cube?
I see you're no stranger to the scientific method. Bravo.
At least in this day and age, most electronic product owner's manuals are available on-line. So a Google search and a text-to-speech .PDF document-reader, and you can probably do alright figuring most things out for yourself.
You could use tape as an indication.
I didn't see a remote anywhere for this thing....
Wait a minute.....
Tommy, I have a question. When people travel, they usually go to different countries for the visual effect. For example I went to jamaica last year and the scenery was beautiful. If you were to travel anywhere in the world, where would it be and what kind of experiences would you have?
When he take the knife I was like:"OHH CRAP". After all, you used it better than me. :(
*took
i've never seen some device with braille instructions
How the hell did I get here?!
I'm your biggest fan I had to buy the same dvd player
Does anything at all come with braille instructions?
Also, since the DVD's are all a bit different, I find them confusing sometimes as a sighted person.
Just get me to the movie!!
And at 4:14 does he whisper oh bloody hell?
i always wondered the signs on the wall with braille do you use those cause i find it hard to believe you walk around store's touching all of the walls looking for the bathroom
*stores
Do you think you can have an operation that will ever let you see?
U are awesome I'm so glad vsauce took me here
That's a lot of CD's in the back. Plan on doing any music reviews?
How would you use the computer? I understand someone else helping you, but do they have computers for people who can't see? That'd be awesome.
Screen readers, system settings for accessibility, and assistive peripherals such as Braille displays.
he could look stuff like this up online.
He got it at Walmart. I can tell by the yellow label.
oh Tom i felt your disappointment when you couldn't find the instruccions on Morse
*instructions in
*Braille
You're very well dressed. So show us how a blind man tries on clothes!
It broke my heart a bit when he didn't find any braille instructions
hmm yes. everything must have braille everywhere.
You would think you could buy a dvd player with braille... If one of them would do that, they could skimp out on making a decent picture and no one would notice
Not necessarily. The DVD player could belong to a family that has sighted people in addition to the blind person.
Why all the comments are so old
"Couple of AA's it _looks_ like." Heh.
how do you find shit on your bookshelf behind yoU? Do you memorize it?
Sony... So 'sightest' of you... Lol
never understood these unboxing vids....
Even if the DVD player had braille on the remote, how would one know what the menu on screen is showing?
when you bought the dvd player did they try to trick you into buying blue ray?
Blu-ray does actually have some advantages over DVD for audio. For example, it supports lossless audio codecs like DTS-HD MA.
Is it possible to buy devices with braille directions?
With some of the instructions they are including nowadays the Braille 1's might actually be better for sighted people than the printed 1's as well ;)
youu should use hdmi, at least for the quality of sound :)
0:26, doe it LOOK like that Tommy?
*does
Dose*
"Dose" means "dosage." It means one serving of medicine. And it's pronounced differently.
The verb related to "to do" is "does." For example, "Bob does the dishes."
And as a result, the contraction for "DOES NoT" is "doesn't."
Irritates me so bad that more things aren't in Braille.
