This printer sucks.. The printer says that it's connected to Wi-Fi But when I find it in my Wi-Fi list and connect to it it says no internet not connected.
It TRULY is THE WORST printer EVER, and I'm a very positive person.
My second one HP couldn't help with the first one I bought they sent a replacement impossible to use!!!!

Mine doesn’t show any password, I just bought mine and still not working!
You never showed how to stop the wifi light from blinking once you pressed it. The video stopped, and the light was solid when you started your video back. That would be helpful
I hate this printer too…. If you don’t order the ink from them, they shut your printer down.

WORST PRINTER EVER
This has got to be T H E W O R S T printer EVER thrown together. Ugh!
I'm on my second one. I bought the first BRAND NEW from Best Buy. . . it started being FUNKY. . . HP sent a refurbished one, and I still can't PRINT my pages. HP: I don't want an app, or a password, or to have to connect my credit card number (as part of the ink program) to connect and use my printer. I'm FINE with using an old-fashioned cable to connect my laptop and printer.
This is TOO much. HP, y'all REALLY need to do better.
Rite now I'm trying to clean this printer. I need to find out how to not have black lines going through the pages when I print something. I can't figure out what to do to clean it. Ughhh. Any one? , Any ideas? Please and thank you😊. to anyone nice enough to be nice enough, to respond nicely.

This video is inaccurate. You can see his wifi symbol on the printer is not blinking which means the printer IS connected to the internet.
Also I hate this printer.
This printer is SO FRUSTRATING. I tried resetting the printer because even tho the computer I have says that the printer was connected it wouldn’t print…then i tried re adding the printer for the hp smart app but it’s not working!!!!! When I try to add the printer from the hp smart app it comes up as if I’m setting it up for the first time but it won’t connect to my wifi….

Sadly this did not work for me: when I print the information page, there is no section with a WiFi Direct password, even though I do see the icon as described, on the display page.
