Absolutely beautiful workmanship. Could you tell me what size mm melee's you used around the pear along with the color and clarity? Did the major have a slight florescence? Thank you
at the 7:59 mark you begin to shape the center stone bottom prong with a mystery tool...I've seen this tool in other videos and the gold seems to just melt into position. Are you using straight pressure or is the tool heated? BTW your work is amazing!
The lower tier of the gallery seen at 3:54 looks very saw-blade marked...it doesnt seem to have been filed or refined... Is this common to leave finishing such areas before finalising the setting of the stones?

+absolutetruthgirl I do believe it's a hammer head for a gravermax or some version of that machine.
I think it is a hammer in a drill shaft - www.ebay.com/bhp/hammer-handpiece Note the stone vibration.
Its phumatic part of the power graver setup.
Wow
Beautiful

I don't think he's shown himself cleaning it up but sometimes it's left and taken off in a barrelling process or by a mounter
It will be sorted just before plating. Usually! Those file mark are magnified quite a bit though.
